SOOYOUNG'S POV

"okay thank you Ellin , i will talk to you tomorrow , goodnight " i hung up the phone while i was on my room after i took a shower and got ready to sleep , she told me that she will talk to jin tomorrow and i have to be there too , she will convince him , i hope that he will finally listen to me and understand that i loved him a lot and i didn't mean to hurt him , suddenly the door knocked snapping me out of my thoughts , i went to opened it and it was Mi soohun , my brother

"what do you want ?" i asked him as i put my hands on my waist eyeing him from head to toe , he looked miserbale , he had dirt on his clothes and his hair was messy , he looked up at me and smiled , i gasped at him , his face was coverd with bruises and his teeth were red with blood , he soon collapsed and i had to catch him , i dragged him in and pulled him up to my bed, i was panting at his heavy weight

i got a wet towel and started cleaning his face , then i went back to his room and got some clean clothes , i took his shirt off and cleand the bruises on his chest too then i put the clean shirt on him after that i pulled the blanket off and leaned him under it , i sat on the edge next to him as i sighed

"what happened to you ?" i mumbled to my self since i knew he won't answer me , i fought the urge to cry at my younger brother , i was 5 when he was born and when he turned 3 years old mom left us and went to canada saying that she can't take it , she can't live with us anymore , dad really didn't care about us , if it wasn't for the maids who took a good care of us just like a mother will do to her kids

"s-sooyoung" soohun mumbled with a weak voice that made me turn to him concerned "sooyoung"

"shshsh , im here" i said as i came closer to him "here have a glass of water" i handed the cup as he drank almost half of it

"long time no see , sis , how is mother ?" he smiled to me but i didn't know what to do should i hug him or get mad at him as i had a lot of affection toward my younger brother but yet i just remained blank expression on my face

"i thought that you will never come back , i thought that i will stay alone forever" he statted with a crack on his voice , tears started to form in my eyes as i felt my cheeks heated

"im sorry......im sorry i wasn't there for you , im sorry i didn't took care of you as i promised i will"

"sooyoung you left me alone even when you knew i don't have anyone here , even when you knew he doesn't even care about me , i was 13 and yet you left me.........you are just like them"

"soohun , please , i had to go , i had to leave , i couldn't stay here any longer , i couldn't stay in the same house with him" i finally broke into sobs as i noticed the tears running down his cheeks , my brother was so innocent , he cared a lot about the people surrounding him but since i left , he turned into a cold person , he started to drink and getting into fights

"i missed you nonna" he statted and i hugged him "i missed you too , i promise i won't leave you again"

i woke up as soon my phone started ringing , i hurried to pick it up as i glanced to my brother sleeping next to me

"hello " i whispered to the phone so that soohun won't wake up "oh okay at 10 , i will be there" i hung up and glanced back at him a grin plastered on my lips before i leaned and kissed his forehead , i stood up and walked to the bathroom holding my clothes in my hand , then i walked out and took my phone from the nightstander "nonna where are you going ?" he asked me opening one eye and slowly stratching on the bed " to work , see you later"
