Michelle POV: I miss Ryan so much. Once I tried to talk to him, he didn't hear me. It sucks. I bow my head, recalling my memories. I hear a shriek from around the corner. Oh my gosh! Is some one hurt? Can I save them? I run to peak my head out into the clearing and see a small circle around something. I gasp and dash awkwardly with my backpack on. "Whats going on?" I ask one of the people. Luckily it was Jenna, an old friend. "Uhh nothing just go home it's ok." She tried convincing. "No jen who is that?" "Just a dog." She tried lying. "Jennn." I groaned. "Whaat?" Now, she tried playing dum, this was it. I pushed her aside carefully and I looked at whatever it was in front of me. "Shit." I muttered as i stared at Ryan's unconscious body. water began building up in my eyes. Stay calm, stay calm, I thought. Why Ryan? I thought. I grabbed my phone and quickly dialled 911. I told the guy on the other line all the information and hung up. "Guys this is serious!" I yelped and keeled beside him. Small conversation lingered behind me. I held his head in my hands carefully and rested it on my lap, not releasing my hands from his head. My hands traced lightly on his face. I heard sirens in the distance. My eyes softened as I didn't know they were stuck in sadness. "It will be ok, Ryan." I half smiled when a tear traced down my face and gracefully landed on the cement. I sighed when I knew I may be hallucinating or the tears in my eyes fogged up my vision, when i thought I saw his lips curve the tiniest of the tiniest bit up.
I watched the whole process the workers went through when they arrived and placed Ryan on the stretcher. I never thought I'd like him more than this moment. I hopped into the back of the van without a word, just a concerned look plastered across my saddened face. He laid peacefully in the back of the emergency van, but that quickly ended when the nurses fixed him up with wires and cords. I soon heard the heart beat monitor break the silence of my thoughts. I watched the crooked lines go up and down along with his slow breaths in the oxygen mask. The sirens outside started again and we began moving forward. I placed my ear against his chest to hear it myself. Sure enough it was beating. A lady spoke up, "Please give him some space." Well it's kind of hard to do that when we are stuck in the back of a moving vehicle! "Ok." I muttered with a small glare. Soon we arrived at the hospital and I was on the phone with Sean, telling him to rush to the hospital, I had also told Peyton a few moments ago the same thing. I sat in the dull room and waited hours until I fell asleep myself.
