Woke up to the sound of water, weird….. I sat up, Ryan was in the shower. The TV was on to the local news. Nothing about Ryan but they did mention the shooters. They were caught and arrested. The “victim’s” name was being withheld.

I thought it was weird that Ryan was awake.

It was 9:00, 1st rehearsal was at 10. The water turned off as I stood up. A minute later the door opened. He came out in his towel. I smiled at him, “Good morning!”

He kissed my cheek, “good morning.” He walked into the closet and closed the door slightly. I walked into the bathroom; he came back 5 minutes later, fully dressed.

He smelled of axe and had jeans, a tee, and a red long sleeved sweater on. “Where are you going??” I asked surprised at his appearance.

“I’m going to make you breakfast, them I’m taking you to Jesse’s”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah. The Dr. never said I couldn’t. I don’t have to rest for a week. It doesn’t hurt. I already called my mom.”

“Okay,” I smiled. He kissed my forehead and went upstairs.

I took a 5 minute shower and went upstairs after meticulously brushing my teeth. As soon as I got up the stairs, I smelled cinnamon rolls. “They caught them….”

He knew what I meant. “Good.”

“Yeah, the news said the ‘victim’s’ name won’t be released.”

He laughed, “cool.”

We left then.

“Thank you for the ride.”

“You’re welcome. I’ll pick you up and take you home.”

“Kay, cool.” I kissed his cheek before getting out. He smiled and drove away.

“Hey Jordyn!”

“Hey!” I said to Kasey.

“How’re you?”

“Good, you?”

“Great!”

When we walked into the studio, Jesse was there with his guys. “Hey ladies!”

“Hey!” We said together.

“Jordyn,” Jesse motioned me to the wall. “How’s Ryan?”

“Good, he woke up, made me breakfast, and drove me here.”

“Cool, glad he’s okayy.”

“Yeah, aren’t we all?” We laughed and walked back to the others.

“Okay. Over the next few days, we are all going to be learning new dances for my new cd ‘Have It All.’ Then we will go though the old dances for you ladies.”

(Side note. Yes it’s Monday, no, we don’t have school today.)

We started then. The first dance was for a song called ‘I Think She Likes Me.’ He had recorded the song in the studio already and knew they wanted to record it again with a part for a woman. In those parts, it was just music for now. Luckily Jesse had an idea…….

“Hey! Jordyn, how about you sing? I’ll teach you the words!” He said after we ran through the dance completely.

“Ahhh… sure...”

*due to the cd not having been released yet… I can’t write the words.*

Oh well, you’ll probably know them by the time you see this…..
