This is 3 months after your second meeting
Lucifer- Ever since the night when Lucifer had saved your life, he had taken it upon himself to become your personal protector. Everywhere you went, he went with you. He insisted on going to the park with you and Hades even though he knew you had the skills to protect yourself...but he didn't care. And you honestly didn't mind. It meant that you got to spend more time with him and get to know him better.
One night, you made plans to go see a movie with one of your friends. Lucifer was at your house, to protect you. It seemed like he was always there. You didn't really mind...it seemed almost habit after three months...but your friends were starting to think that you had gotten eloped. So when making plans with your friend, she thought that he was going too since she never saw the two of you apart.
As much as you enjoyed having Lucifer around, you needed a break from him and his overprotectiveness. So you invited your friend over before the movie started, so you could spend some time with her.
When she got to your house, you opened the door before she even knocked. You gave her a hug and ushered her inside.
You led her into the kitchen since Lucifer was watching TV in the living room with Hades. "What's up?"
She looked at you. "Why didn't you tell me that you eloped?"
You sighed. "Because I didn't elope."
She gave you a look. "Really? Then how do you explain him?" She pointed at Lucifer standing in the doorway. You didn't even have to look to see the expression of shock on his face at someone else being in your house.
You shrugged. "He's a good friend of mine."
Lucifer walked over to you and wrapped his arms around your waist. He then snuggled his face into your neck. You got goosebumps and he smiled into your neck.
Your friend gave you a look, a you've-got-to-be-kidding-me look. "A friend, huh?"
You nodded to the best of your ability. Then you pulled Lucifer's arms away from you. He resisted at first. "Lucifer...stop it."
He let you go and moved away from you. He looked at you with sad eyes. "I just want someone to love me."
You sighed and rolled your eyes at him before looking at your friend. "You ready to go see (movie you want to see)?"
She laughed quietly and nodded. "Totally...but will your so called friend let you go?"
It was your turn to laugh. "He can't stop me, not that he would try."
You and your friend both looked at Lucifer. He raised an eyebrow at you. You held out a finger pointed at him. "Don't you say it."
Lucifer shrugged. "Have a good time."
You smiled. "Thanks. I will."
He nodded at you before he went back to the living room. You grabbed your coat and left your house. You rode with your friend to the movie theater and everything up to the start of the movie was a blur to you. The whole time you were thinking about Lucifer and if he was going to be mad at you when you got home.
You were dragged out of your thoughts by the start of the movie. You were so focused on the screen that you didn't notice a dark figure slip in and sit in the back row of seats. You got so into the movie that you couldn't comprehend that 2 hours had passed by the time the movie was over.
Everyone was clearing out of the theater...except the dark figure in the back row that you still didn't see. You and your friend waited in your seats while everyone else was leaving so that you didn't have to get crushed in the crowd.
