When I got home, all I could smell was smoke and alcohol. Our house was new., but looked 10 years old, even though we'v only lived here for about a year. Our carpet was dirty and the walls were brown and the place was smokey, looked kinda like fog. As I walked into the living room, I saw my Dad knocked out on the couch, covered with beer cans. My room is the only decent room in our house. So far. I went to my room to do some homework but that guy kept creeping into my mind distracting me. Two hours later a weeks worth of homework was complete. The  next morning I awoke to my dad yelling and ranting at me for the house being dirty. "You get your ;azy ass up right now and clean this mother fucking house!! Why can't you do the simplest of things you little bitch!!!"

"Sorry Dad, I'll clean the house before school."

"Oh you better you little cunt!!"

I looked at my alarm clock. It's 5:43 am, I should be alble to take a quick shower, clean the house, an dmake it to school on time. After I showered and cleaned my house, it was already almost 7:00 and I realized if I don't get  to my bus stop I'm going to miss my bus. SO I rn out the door and just my luck, just as I get to the stop, the bus drives away. Great. A perfect morning to start a perfect day. Fuck. I was turnig around to walk hmome when I someone called behind me,

"Hey, need a lift?"

I turned around and there he was. Oh god. He looked even better in his coat on a bike.

"Hi, I'm Luke. I won't bite kitty cat."

I blushed at what he said, callig m kitty cat?? What the heel is he smokng???

"You don't have to get on if you  don't want to. But it's gonna rain soon..." He said ina sing song voice.

So I got on. "Thanks."

"Anytime kitty."

And we drove off to school.

"You can know if you don't want a to school, I won't make you. But I hope you know it's gonna rain."
