I heard somebody knocking on the front door, and I hurried to get it, skipping some steps on the stairs.

She was looking at me with her eyes wide open, a big heart warming smile spread across her face, her silk hair tied in two pigtails near her neck.

"Good morning, Erza!" She said cheerfully, her eyes closing a bit from her big grin.

"G-good morning Lucy", I rushed to reply, and repaid the smile as warmly as I possibly could. I stepped to the side to let her in, and watched her as she sat down on my couch. I closed the door and followed behind her.

"So? What brings you here?"

"I told you, didn't I? And you're still not dressed, as well!" I raised an eyebrow, and she sighed loudly.

"Today I'll take you to Fairy Tail. I'll introduce you to the others!"

"Oh yeah, that's right...thanks. I'll go get ready."

It had been a few days since an accident I was involved in. According to what I was told, I was fighting somebody, and they inflicted heavy damage on me. I lost my memories. All of them, except the basics, like how to eat, drink, talk or walk. I had even forgotten my name. When I opened my eyes in the hospital, the first person I saw was this girl, she said her name was Lucy Heartfilia. And hell, she was crying so much. But later she talked to me a lot, she told me all about what happened, and that I am Erza Scarlet, often referred to as Titania. I am a strong magician, and I belong in a guild called Fairy Tail, full of people who were really worried about me. But, no matter how hard I tried to remember, I could not recall anyone or anything.

I walked down the stairs and stopped in the middle.

"How's this?" I asked Lucy, and she turned around to look at my outfit.

"Uhh...hold up, I'll help you choose one." She quickly got up and walked towards me, pushing me gently towards my room.

She went through some of my clothes, and picked out a skirt and a lace shirt to match it with. She held them out in front of me, and I looked down at the clothes I had chosen.

"Why not these?" I asked. Her expression changed, but I couldn't tell in what way.

"Well, uhh...it's the colors." She took my wrist and put it over the clothes she chose, giving me a warm smile.

"It's alright. Now go get ready." I watched her as she walked out of the room slowly, closing the door behind her.

"Okay", I muttered.

See, normally this wouldn't be that awkward. But it is, now. The accident, apart from taking my memories away, also left me color blind. Ever since, I haven't been able to see any colors other than black, white and shades of gray. Life became so much harder, even in simple tasks like this. But I could still recall the colors and I could name them correctly...I just wouldn't be able to see them anymore.

"Let's go!" She said happily, as soon as I got down the stairs. Her joyful mood and only that made me feel so much better. I returned the big smile on her face, and moments later, we were on our way to our guild...Fairy Tail.
