I opened my eyes with difficulty and tried to adjust them to the light entering from the window. Everything about the previous day was so blurry, I couldn't really recall many things. Fairy Tail, colors, Lucy, and...
"Good morning, Erza."
I looked over to where the voice came from...right. This guy.
"G-good morning..."
I forced myself up and glared at the room. I was in...my living room?
"Wait how did I get here? Wasn't I at the park?"
"You fell asleep on the bench and I brought you back."
"What?! " I felt my cheeks getting red and I subconsciously covered my mouth. He laughed softly and walked towards me.
"I guess this is how it's gonna be from now on.." I muttered, and looked down, as he sat on the sofa with me.
"But..this is not how I want things to be. I want my memories back. I want my colored vision back. I want my life back...this is just...terrible..!" Despite my hard effort, I couldn't hold back my tears. I started crying uncontrollably, wiping my face with one hand after another, before I felt Jellal pulling me into a tight hug.
I found myself overwhelmed by his smell -it reminded me of last night. At least, I could say I have somebody I know will care..
"I know how you feel. And I understand it. But you are Erza Scarlet of Fairy Tail, even rocks are afraid of you!" I laughed weakly through my tears, and I felt Jellal's warm hand wiping them out, and gently rubbing my cheek.
"You can do this. You can regain your memories, and you will...I'm sure of it." His smile made me feel so much better, it's like he triggered the little sign of faith I had left in me. 'Yeah...I can do it...I'm Erza Scarlet...I will do it! '
"Jellal?" I said, when he got up to head to the kitchen, and he turned around.
"Did you...did you know me before the accident?" I watched Jellal as his hazel eyes widened and he tried to avoid my gaze. He kept looking at the ground for a while, and right when he opened his mouth to speak, the doorbell rang.
"G'morning guys!" Lucy said cheerfully when entering the house, with a bright smile on her face, which faded when she looked at me.
"You're still not ready!?"
"F-for what?" I asked, glaring at her with curiosity.
"We're going to Fairy Tail and you are gonna learn how to Requip all over again!"
"Heh!?" I kept looking at her, completely frozen.
"Maybe if you do things you often used to do before the accident, you can regain some memories..!" She smiled warmly, a sign of sadness in her voice. I paid the smile back and got up to hug her tightly.
"Thank you", I whispered at her shoulder, and ran quickly upstairs, as I heard Jellal telling her to wait while he goes with me to help me.

"How about this?" He said, while taking out a dress from my closet and showing it to me. "It's pink."
"Naah.." I replied, and kept moving my legs that were hanging over the bed forward and back.
"This? White and blue." He took out a shirt and a skirt, after putting the dress back.
"You really don't feel like doing this, right?" I said, looking at him with a small smile.
"So is that a yes?" He replied, and I laughed gently before nodding in response. I watched him close the wardrobe and take the clothes off the hangers.
"..Jellal?"
"Hm?" He stretched out the shirt and started ironing it, but wouldn't look at me in the eye.
"You didn't answer me earlier...did you know me before the accident?" I insisted on my question. He took some time to reply, going through all of my shirt slowly.
"Yes...I did."
For some reason, I was not surprised by the response. However, it only gave me more questions.
"And?"
"What do you want to know?" He asked me, raising his gaze to meet mine.
"How was I like?" I chose one of the numerous questions forming in my mind, and kept glaring at him, waiting for a response. He took long to reply, like he was trying to recall and detect the slightest details.
"Well", he said after a loud sigh, "you were a very obstinate woman...but also very determined about everything. You didn't want your comrades to get hurt, and you really loved your guild. Everybody looked up to you, Natsu most of all, even though he never admitted it to you..." I listened to every world he said carefully, in hopes of remembering anything.
"And what was I to you?" That must have hit the spot, since he stopped doing everything and looked at me surpised, as I raised an eyebrow, waiting for a reply.
"Well, uhh.." he began, and ran his fingers through his blue hair. I could detect a small blush on his cheeks, but while I expected to see a smile on his lips, even a subtle one, there was a frown instead. A frown that inticated sadness...
"Just an acquaintance."
"Just an acquaintance?" I asked, and he nodded with a fake smile, while giving me my clothes and turning to leave.
"Wait-"
"Lucy's waiting", he said, and walked outside the room quickly.
