Liam could hear Louis screaming all the way from the other end of the hall.This caused Liam to pick up his pace and begin running towards Louis's room.When he got there, he saw two fellow nurses trying to calm Louis down.

"It's alright," Liam mumbled.He gestured for the two nurses to leave as he crouched down in front the crying boy,"I'm here now Lou."

Louis's large red rimmed eyes met warm brown ones.He stared at the man; he also tried to get the gears in his brain to move, so that he could process a time when he'd encountered the male in front of him.Louis inhaled the familiar scent of cinnamon—even if his nose was draining with snot—and recognized the male; it was Liam.

"Li!" Louis shrieked, throwing his arms around Liam.He felt safe in Liam's arms.He nuzzled his head further into Liam's neck and rambled quietly in Liam's ear,"I don't know what happened—"

"It's okay, Lou. I've got you now."
