I woke up feeling excited to go to the council. Swinging my legs over the edge, I stretch and head to my bathroom to wash up. After washing up, I changed into a black tunic and pants. I walked out and grabbed my cloak from the hanger which is the colour, you guessed it, black. I looked outside to see that it was only dawn and breakfast is not until later so I walked to my drawer and opened it. I took out my phone which I got from earth, and let me tell you, I have no idea how I managed to live without this phone, like seriously, how can I not live without all this social media shiz. Like whaaaat!? Anyway, I jumped back on my bed and lay down, scrolling through my Twitter feed. I kept scrolling until I saw the tweet of my favourite actor back on earth. His name is Lee Pace and can I tell you he looks an awful lot like ada Thrandy. I changed to Instagram and kept scrolling until a knock on the door scared me and I jumped which caused my phone to fall on my face.
"OUCH!!!"
The door opened to see my brother Legolas.
"Good morning Estella, I have come to escort you to breakfast."
"Alrighty then, let's go but you're getting payback for making me drop my phone on my face" I say walking out of my room with him.
"Well as if you can"
"Oh, really? Well if I can remember, just over 60 years ago, you can be quite gullible when it comes to certain things, and you can get jealous easily too." I explain evilly.
"I am not!!! And I have never gotten jealous before"
"Uh-huh, your just bull sh-"
"Good morning my daughter, I hope you had a goodnights rest" interrupts my mother.
"Morning Nana, yes I had a good sleep"
"Well that's good because the council will start straight after breakfast."
We walk the halls in silence since Legolas and I can't argue in front of my mum. We reach the dining hall to see groups of men, dwarves and the hobbits plus Gandalf, ada and grandfather. Taking a seat in between nana and ada, I grab a bunch of strawberries and watermelons with a roll of bread. I got bored, as normal, so I took out my phone and headphones. I tapped on YouTube and started to watch iisuperwomanii coz she is really funny. You may be wondering why I have internet, well it's because of my powers, I am able to get internet for my phone and also keep it fully charged. Watching still, I get a tap on my shoulder. I look to see my father telling me something so I take out one headphone. My whole family knows about the other world from me so it is not strange for them to see this stuff but for others, they would probably look at it like some sort of wizardry or witch craft.
"Yessssssss"
"Please put your phone away because people are staring, mostly the men"
I look around and ada was correct, they were staring. I turned off my phone and continued to eat. Breakfast finally over, we all gather for the council. Putting my hood up, I take a seat in between Elrond and ada, right across from Legolas who I give thumbs up to. Grandfather stands, everyone quietens down and the council has begun.
