I could read anybody's mind, even Ashwell's slaves...They were creatures from the other world. It was quite an expectation for Ashwell to make a contract with some creatures. But the girl who was currently beside me trapped me in a loop of thought. Her yellow-green eyes mirrored with mine, as if she was mocking me. I ended up ruffling her hair and I saw a spark in her eyes. I smiled and told Kira that I would be going first.

"I will bring this girl with me. She already grew attached to me, " I said while turning my back from them.

Stahl snorted, "No way, she barely knew you for half an hour, how come she likes you when she spend that time with me ?"

"I like her so shut up, " Neider shouted.

"What? you're in with girls that's why you won't try to flirt with me?"

Hell, that was totally damn awkward...

I could tell it by the stupid atmosphere, something was trying to prey on our patience. If one of us said the wrong words, someone would blow out. I sighed ; emphasizing the boring part of Stahl's question. I knew he was not in the great condition and his sweet...used to be goody-two-shoes friend in my perspective already had enough. Of couse, I already read Kira's mind when he heard Neider's shout.

"Look, Stahl just drop this conversation and let us go peacefully while you start checking your bestfriend, " I shut the door but waiting for Neider first. I had no idea what will happen to Stahl and Kira because I was not interested...They had their own life, I'm not a mother figure to tell them not to do this and that.

It was already four o'clock of the afternoon when we went out of the infirmary. The classes were over and students kept running everywhere, especially the people involved in the hilarious Sport Fest. I just looked at them holding no interest, the girl continued to follow me. I smirked at the thought I had found a new pet. Duas wouldn't mind her since she was a girl. But this new pet of mine seemed to be a very dangerous one. She got her own way of doing things...

"I suppose you have been watching me since the last two weeks?" I queried. I must know what was her objectives. I couldn't allow a lycan hover around my rage.

The girl stopped, her eyes were looking at me again...As if she was trying to trap me again. Good thing, this time I set up some precautions. "I may say, you're very impressive Lady Scythe, you're already aware that I am a lycan, " she kept her composed face.

I didn't mind her statement, she chose to have a very young host for her spirit. The red bluffed cheeks gave her a baby face, yeah...Her appearance showed to be a childish English brat but the stoic of her persona gave more matured atmosphere around her. She looked like she won't use any charm to win you over except her eyes which allows her to look fresh and pure even though a true lycan's eyes behold so many secrets.

"You're educated by the fact that, you will not be able to keep on living here in the human world if you don't have a master and a host... But I can see you already have your host, "

"This body belongs to me, Lady Scythe. It is mine from the very beginning of my life, "

"So you insist that body is yours, very well. Then, I know they sent you here to kill the successor of the infamous Fear, "

Stahl and Kira were stuck inside the infirmary. Both of them couldn't look to each other's eyes. The conversation about Neider liking Scythe didn't distract them from her statement earlier.

"Damn, that was awkward, dude, " Stahl laughed. Trying to construct a simple chit-chat.

Kira just smiled at him in return.
