bay and emmett walk back holding hands

nurse ; are u nervous today

nurse ;it's alright i was nervous with my first too it's normal but everythings okay is the dad

emmett ;signs ;yes i am

nurse ;what

kathryn ;he said yes he's deaf um bay is not my biological daughter i raised her thinking she was the hospital got mixed up and switched babies we didn't find our biological daughter until about 3 years ago . anyway my biolgocial daughter and him where friends she's deaf and so is he

nurse ;so u two kind of found each other through the switch

nurse ;the baby looks good it's we do a long ultrasound when we check for the first time

kathryn ;your not being honest it's on your face

nurse ; it's just your so small i am scared the baby won't have room to grow
