Chapter 2

Lia POV

Me , Anthony, and the baby has been getting along quite well. We are a family now, & I love my family. Lexi is a playful baby. She likes to make noises and play all the time. Anthony spends more time with her than i do myself, and thats a good thing.

I was chilling in the living room with Lexi, & I heard Anthony's car pull up. I ran to the door holding Lexi.

"Hey baby" i said trying to give Anthony a hug.

He pushed me out the way, and was walking sideways to the bedroom. I know damn well he isn't drunk. I went to Lexi's nursery room and put her in her crib. Then I went to my bedroom and Anthony was pissing in the middle of the floor.

"Anthony what are you doing?" I yelled pushing him

"woman get your god damn hands off me before I kill you alright I'm not like any of them other niggas" He threatened me

I didn't want to go thru all this and I have a baby in the house. I packed me and Lexi a bag and I went over to Jalia's house.

"Hey, girl what's up? what's wrong? why you over here?" she asked me

"Anthony is drunk. He came home threatening me and shit I don't have time for it." i said

"Where's Tonio?"

"he got mad at me because I told him not to spoil Levi. AND when he tried to come in the bedroom the door was locked so he got up and left" Jai said

I shook my head and laughed.

" Lexi and Levi can sleep in the same room if that's okay with you" Jaila said

"Yea it's ok with me I'm tried as hell" i said walking to the nursery room.

I changed Lexi's diaper, put on her night clothes, and rocked her to sleep.

Jaila POV

While Lia was in the nursery room taking care of her baby Rakir had called me.

Me: Yes Rakir

Rakir: Hey wassup hello!

Me: Ha ha Heyy

Rakir: How my nephew doing?

Me: he doing okay he's been crawling a lot.

Rakir: that's good tho

Me: Yea. For you to have a girlfriend you sure do call me alot.

Rakir: Ahh i kicked her ass to the curb can you believe she told me that wasn't my baby? I kind of thought so because the baby didn't even look nowhere near like me.

Me: Damn

Rakir: Yea i know. I'm going to come down there and see you one day this week if it's okay with you and Tonio.

Me: Ill have to see

Rakir: Ok I'll talk to you later then.

Me: Alright bye

I hung up, and looked up and Lia was standing there smiling at me.

" who was that you were on the phone with"

"Rakir" i said blushing

"Uh ohh i see yall" Lia said

I was blushing and smiling really hard and my cheek bones started hurting.

"Don't ever be afraid to show your love" Lia said looking in my eyes

"Girl shut up!" I said pushing her away from me.

We were getting sleepy and I let Lia have the bed and I slept on the couch

"I hope you and Tonio aint did nothing in these covers because it smells like straight sex" Lia said laughing sniffing around

"Null now we wash the covers everytime after we do it" i said

I went to the closet and got me some blankets and a pillow and went to the living room.
