"There's a huge difference in sex and making love. We have sex with someone who can satisfy us physically, but we make love to someone who can satisfy us soulfully and eternally. Once you realize the fine- line between making love and having sex, you will understand the meaning of life! Life isn't only about survival; it's about living and so is making love. We have sex to satisfy our lust and hunger, which is nothing, but survival, but we make love to feed our soul and our mind, to fill a void that is there since a long time, that longed for a partner and that needs someone whom we want to spend the next morning with!"
Abhimanyu's Perspective
"Are you going somewhere?"
"We are going." I pulled her closer by her waist and kissed her neck, "Come on change and pack these dresses with you."
"What?" She gently pushed me, gazing in my eyes, "Where are we going? And, why packing?"
"Don't you think we've been postponing our honeymoon, lately? So it's your sixth month anniversary gift, Mrs. Chauhan. Let's hop to Azures!" I husked, nipping her earlobe and she shuddered. "You remembered?"
"Of course! I do but I wouldn't be able to arrange everything if you were stuck to me."
"That means Siya knew about it. That girl! That's why she was asking me to choose dresses and that's why she took so long." Realization dropped on her and I chuckled, kissing her "Come on! Let's go. Don't waste time."
"I love you!" She beamed in happiness hugging me. "You are the best husband.""I love you more!" I kissed her hair laughing and stapled her to me. "Now get ready fast."
"Mom dad knew about this?" She blinked at me and I nodded, touching her lashes. Her eyes widened and she undraped my arms around her, "Everyone knew about that? My mom dad as well?"
"Yes, our families knew. What's the matter?" I pulled her again and her lips pressed in a seam, she slapped me gently. "And, I was bitching about you to everyone how insensitive of you to not remember an anniversary. I made myself a fool before them." She laughed at the end.
"I had idea of it. Now be quick, we are getting late."
She washed herself and was quite surprised to know that I had packed everything. Every single thing that she could use in the fifteen days stay in Azores, right from her various inner wears to the sanitary napkins along with her other necessities.
"I can't believe you packed it too." She flushed, still confirming that I had not left anything.
"Is that a good thing or a bad one?"
"I can't determine yet." She rubbed her cheeks and missed my vision.
"Are you blushing?" I teased her, flopping on the bed and she threw a towel at me, "Shut up."
I had laughed heartily before pulling her downstairs with me. We bid byes to everyone and took a taxi to the Airport.
"When will we land?" She chirped excitedly, twinkling at me as we boarded the flight and took our seats.
"Why?" I leaned into her ear, "Can't you wait until we reach there? So much excitement for our honeymoon." I teased her and she blushed, looking away, "Nah! Nothing like that."
"I can't wait to have you in my arms tonight. We shall reach there, somewhat, within ten hours." I mumbled unsure, nuzzling closer to her, burying my face in her neck."Abhi..." She hesitated, pushing me a little and roamed her eyes around, "We are in flight."
"So?"
"So, keep your limbs to yourself." She pressed a tight smile and I wrapped my arm around her waist, "Fair enough! You are mine and I am keeping my limbs to myself. Now don't smile like that makes me kiss you hard."
"What has gotten in you suddenly?" She whispered, guffawing slowly not to catch attention and I pecked her nose, "Your love. It has made me crazy."
"Okay, listen," She fiddled with my shirt buttons, "We will be there around midnight, right?"
"Mm..." I incoherently responded, inhaling her fruity fragrance.
"Then...what about our celebration? I wanted to make this day special for you." She twitched her lips, somberly and I chuckled at her stupid rant.
"You've made my life special, baby and you're talking about one day?" I ruffled her hair slightly and she swatted my hand off, glaring me, "Don't touch my hair."
"Okay, okay!" I surrendered, alert and wrapped my arms around her, "But that's true. I realize now that how stupid I was to not accept the beautiful gift that you are, how stupid I was to hurt you. I can't even imagine my life without you, now. I don't want you in my one special day. I want you to make my whole life special by staying with me." I averred, sincerely and kissed her palms, "I love you."
"You want to make me cry?" She asked, almost blubbering.
"Hey, don't!" I kissed her forehead, "This is so confusing about you girls that we can't assess when you're crying in happiness or when in hurt? If it was in my hands, I wouldn't let you shed a tear but that's hyperbole." She chuckled at my mini speech, hiding more in my embrace, letting me wrap my arms around her frame.
"I can't wait to be there." I murmured, entwining our fingers together surprising how perfectly her fingers covered the gap between mine and lovingly kissed her knuckles.
"Me, too!" She breathed out and I closed my eyes, contented.
