It was graduation day and we were all talking about the drive-in theater, while eating cupcakes and drinking punch. Alexis, Foster, Levi and I were all getting along, there wasn't any tension between Levi and Foster and there wasn't any bitterness between Alexis and I. Me and Levi haven't spent much alone time or time together since getting into relationships, part of me was happy that he was happy the other half still in the bottom of my heart ached because our relationship was changing so much.

"This is going to be sick!" Foster exclaimed kissing me and grabbing my waist.

"Yeah it's going to be a hit alright, glad me and Ryder thought of it," Levi added bluntly. There it was the tension. I wondered when Levi and Foster were going to end their beef with each other.

"Yeah it's really great, "Alexis put her hand on mine and smiled, and maybe Alexis and I were finally ending our problems.

"Calling all the seniors to the auditorium," The principal sounded over the loud speaker twice.

Everyone started to chat nervously over each other. A wave of red and white caps and gowns headed down the hallway. Some people were laughing and talking about college the other half were crying an hugging each other while the others just stood in awkward groups eating food and on their phones. My heart fluttered this was the last time we were going to be here for school. Our senior year ending with a blink of an eye.

The next time I would be in this very gym, I would be watching Reese showcase his science projects in the science fair. I looked at Levi, my partner in crime and remembered that we had to walk down the aisle together. I'm sure if I started dating Foster and Levi dating Alexis earlier that they would be our partners, but we were informed that there wasn't to be any switching. I was secretly happy, we started school together and we were ending it together as well. Made me think, maybe we weren't too grown up and things weren't changing.

When everyone was lining up to enter the gym, our family and friends waiting to see the new class of 2015. Alexis was paired with her best friend Bristol and Foster was paired with his friend Macon. Levi looked down at me and smiled. 'We did it' he mouthed and grabbed my hand. When everyone entered they escorted each other, held hands or just walked next to each other. Levi held our hands up and I heard my dad shout our names. I was happy but embarrassed at the same time.

When the ceremony was over Levi joined me and my family to take pictures. My heart sunk into my chest when he revealed that his father didn't come because he was busy out in the fields. His mother would be sitting front row if she could, seeing her youngest son graduate was her dream. My mother and father gave disapproving looks to each other when Levi wasn't looking. They haven't completely agreed with Levi's father and how he had been parenting him the past years.

"Well we certainly are proud of you both," My mother cheered holding up her digital camera and straining to see in the sunlight. Reese gave us a wild smile and hugged us both.

"I'm afraid that you're going to grow up too fast on us Reese," My father ruffled Reese's hair. "Good thing Ryder and Levi are going to college and you'll be with the old man and ma," Reese gave a disapproving look.

"Please I'm smarter than the two of them combined," Reese joked.

"Oh yeah?" Levi retorted.

"Yeah," Reese came back with.

"I don't think so," Levi began to run after Reese and they disappeared behind the bleachers laughing.
