Chapter 4: Home Sweet Home

"Geez, what's her deal?" Gajeel said, crossing his arms.

"She seemed kind of stressed." Wendy replied, looking as worried as ever.
"Maybe we went to far." Erza sighed.
Natsu crossed his arms.
"First she doesn't go on missions with us, now when we are trying to help her she gets all moody on us." Natsu said. "She is not Lucy."
"What do you mean, Natsu?" Lisanna asked, looking surprised.
"She as hell ain't Luce. Not fairy tail Luce. She would never act like this."
"An imposter?" Cana asked.
"Natsu, she ain't an alien, that is Lucy in flesh and blood." Laxus butted in. "Just leave  her alone for now."
"His right, everyone needs a break every now and then." Mira said, wiping the counter.
"I don't." Natsu said and frowned.
"Well, that's because you are Natsu." Gray muttered and Natsu gritted his teeth.
"What did you say?!"
"Oh for fucks sake, just shut the fuck up. You are giving me a headache. " Levy complained and slammed her head on the table.

Lucy stared at the former heartfilia estate. The wind was blowing in her hair as she stood on the exact hill she had stood on when she went to visit her father, or rather, went to tell him to back off. She took a deep breath and stretched out her arms, feeling the wind caress her body.
"Home sweet home, or." She began and glanced at the mansion. "What's left of it."
The mansion was locked down,Curtains preventing anyone from seeing what's on the inside, preventing the light from the outside world to get inside.
She sighed and crossed her arms, feeing cold all of a sudden. Just the mere thought of her parents made her sad, yet happy on the same time.
Happy that she and her father got over their differences and actually became a family. But it all changed when she, and a few guild members fell asleep for seven years, waking up to hear that her father had passed away while she had been gone.
All she frankly wants to do now is walk closer, walk so close that she could feel the familiar floor under her feet, but she knew she couldn't. This home is not her's anymore and it would maybe never be, she got fairy tail. The guild, her friends, her new family and she got her best friend there.
A few hair strands flew in front of her face and Lucy turned around, walking away from the place she once had called home.
"Otosa....Okasa...goodbye for now."

Night fell over magnolia as the fairy tail was as loud as ever.
Because let's be honest, when is the guild ever asleep?
Elfman's laugh boomed through the guild wall as he slammed his drink down on the table.
Evergreen smiled and Lisanna sweat dropped.
"Elfman, you are so mean." Lisanna muttered, pouting.
"Aww, come on Lis, I'm just joking." Elfman said, still not wiping away that smile of his.
Lisanna continued to pout and everyone in the guild laughed, everyone except one.
Natsu was leaning on his hands, looking rather depressed as he stared down on the table.
"Natsu-San, is something wrong?" Wendy asked, sitting down next to him.
"Let him be, Wendy. He is just depressed that Lucy isn't back yet." Gray said, sitting down on the chair on the opposite side.
"She should be back by now." Natsu muttered. "She really is mad, isn't she?"
"Natsu, it's something called women problem, I'm sure she will be back sooner than you know." Gray said, pouring the continent in his glass in his mouth and swallowing it.
"Women problem?" A voice asked behind Wendy.
"yeah, you know, when you girls get all moody and decided to watch a movie while crying. Shit like that." Gray explained.
"Hmmm, I didn't think about that. I must ask Lucy about this "women problem"." Erza said, sitting down next to Wendy who sweat dropped.
"Anyways." Wendy butted in, trying to change it back to the main subject. "Surely Lucy can't be mad for long, she is probably on her way over her right now."
"Wendy is right." A voice said. "I bet she is her normal happy-go-lucky self." Levy said with a smile.
"I highly doubt that." Natsu muttered back and slammed his head on the table. "Why do I always do these kind of things."
"You? Natsu, this is not on you." Levy said, shocked. "You did nothing wrong."
"She is right, it's our fault, not yours." Erza said, getting up from her chair.
"It feels like it's my fault." Natsu murmured and looked up towards his friends.
"I think I know what's going on here." Lisanna said and joined them. "I think Natsu has "the feelings" for Lucy." A big teasing smile appeared on her lips.
"The feelings?" Natsu asked, dumbfounded.
"Oh oh ohhh." Erza said, placing her hand over her mouth and smiling Evily.
"I see." Gray said, a big teasing smile appearing on his lips.
"The feelings?" He asked again, still not getting it.
"You, my dear Natsu, is in Love with Lucy." Lisanna explained and placed her finger under his chin, bringing his face upwards so that he was looking at her.
"In love with Luce? That is ridiculous! She is my friend." Natsu said, shock filling his face.
"Idiot." Gray muttered and Lisanna sighed.
"You do feel the butterflies in your stomach when you see her smile, do you not?" Lisanna asked.
"Well yeah, bu-"
"You do like being close to her, do you not?" Wendy asked.
"Of course bu-"
"Don't pull the team mate card." Erza said, interrupting him. "You hate watching her get hurt, do you not?"
"Yes but I hate watching everyone getting hurt." Natsu said, his face blank.
"That is not the point!" Gray exclaimed, slamming his hands on the table. "You are in love with her but you are too dense to figure it out!"
"I am no-"
"Don't deny it. I have seen the way you look at her. You fancy her and you know it." Happy said, Crossing his arms.
"You people are out of your mind." Natsu said, shaking his head and standing up."I'm going home."
They stared at him as he and Happy disappeared out through the guild doors.
Erza sighed and Lisanna shook her head.
"Dense idiot, he is going to realize it when it's too late if he continues doing this." Gray said, crossing his arms.
"He is, and that is what's bothering me." Lisanna said, a sad expression crossing her face. "That idiot is going to loose her at this rate."
