Howdy people! Time for an update! Sorry for the lack of action on my story recently but I've been busy with school and christmas is coming up so I have been buying christmas gifts. *<*
I am happy, though, to say that I am back! I won't probably answer the comments for a few days because as I said, I have been busy and I'm tired. But, Fear not, I don't ignore your comments. I still read them even though I haven't replied.
So, let's get on with the chapter!
Until next time, minna, take care!

I walked down the narrow path, making my way towards the train station.
The thoughts of the day's incident was long forgotten and I was more than ever excited to come home again, home where my friends where.I had promised myself that the first things I would do, when arriving at the guild, was apologize. Apologize for overreacting. I knew what I had done was wrong, since they only cared about me. It wasn't their fault that I was annoyed at everything.
I hummed slightly on a tune as the sun was going down between the mountains and I was so deep into my thoughts that I hadn't paid any attention on where I were. I had somehow, when I finally dragged my full mind out from my head, managed to end up in a forest. Instead of taking a turn, following the path, I had walked right forward, through the thick woods.
Well, there goes my luck.
I deeply sighed as I continued to follow the little path I was making, meaning just walking forward. I had to get out of the woods eventually, right?
I quickly stopped, my heart giving out a hard thud into my rib cage. I had heard something moving further behind me, and a twig snapped as my mind drifted off to fantasy land. Was it a bird? No, there isn't birds around here that is heavy enough to break a twig. Was it a human? No, no one lives around here, not as far as I know. Was it a monster? Now, that was a possibility.
Or I'm just an idiot.
I shook my head and continued to walk, ignoring the sounds behind me.I had a feeling that If I would turn around, I would scream, and I wanted none of that.
I stopped though when I stepped out from the woods, stepping out on solid ground. I had stopped in front of a cliff. Before me was a village, a village with people still outside, working it seemed.
Maybe they know the way to the train station.
It's weird thinking that I have lived here before, and now I knew nothing about these lands. I sighed and took a step closer to the cliff, looking down at the road. There was no way I was going down this way and I knew that.
I gave out a loud sigh but I quickly shut up as I heard footsteps, on ground. Not grass.
I gasped and turned around, my hair flying in the wind as a shadow stood in front of me, and before I knew it. I had taken a step backwards and the ground beneath me gave in. I screamed as I fell backwards, my arms flapped like If I was a bird and had wings. I gave out a loud horror filled scream as I continued to fall and I searched hysterically on my belt after the keys and that's when I remember. They weren't with me. They were in my room. Where I had left them.
I saw the shadow peeking up from the hill, a small satisfying smile on it's lips before my back struck the ground, giving out a loud horrid snap. I blacked out before the rocks fell over me, my bandaged hand the only thing that made it out.
Silence followed and a bird flew away from the mess. A mess that no one had witnessed.
