CHAPTER THREE
Peytons pov:
The ringing beams of sound belonging to my super annoying alarm awakens me on a bright-ish, early morning, specifically at 6:30am. After ruffly 5 minutes of attempting to cave my head into my pillow covering every inch of my ears, in hope the sound will disappear into oblivion, I finally gave in and decided to do the easy thing, turn off my stupid alarm and get my lazy ass out of bed.
I messaged the girl herself, Mae, after neatly making my bed. Once the message went through, I then headed into my bathroom. I took a quick cold shower, I sometimes feel like cold showers in the morning wake me up a bit more, preparing my self for the day just a little further. After dressing myself in basic clothing. I strolled downstairs into the kitchen and happily took an oreo pop-tart out of the box, scoffed it down my big fat gob and headed back upstairs to brush my teeth, grab my bag and put a mint in my mouth ready to leave.
Good old morning routines, huh?
After momentarily debating on a car to take with me, I eventually decided to drive the Lamborghini Gallardo to school today as I was in the mood to drive my favourite car. Usually I only drive my dads Lamborghini if it's a more special occasion but today I was feeling creative. Saucy, ey?
On my innocent journey to school I receive a random phone call from an unknown number, I decided to pick up and put it on speaker as I continued to drive.
"Hello?" I asked cautiously.
"Hey." A man with a husky voice replied.
"W-who is this?" I questioned curiously.
"You'll find out sooner or later. Don't get to caught up in the mysteriousness." The unknown caller replied.
"That's kind of creepy, do I know you?"
"You've seen me around. I've got to go, see you later, babe." He then hung up before I could reply. Babe? What? Ew. Who could that of been?
Once I arrived at school I was soon greeted by the one and only, Mae.
"Hey girllll!" She bellows as she runs up to me and pulls me in for a tight hug."Hi, hi" I say whilst hugging her back. "Just out of curiosity, have you given my number to anyone recently?"
"No, how come?"
"Just wondering, I got a call earlier from a random gu-" I stopped when I notice a familiar tall muscular figure beyond Mae's shoulder, he was leaning against the wall staring directly at me.
Once eye contact was made, he looked away and headed into the building. Mae soon realised that I had gotten distracted, she then turned around to try and see what I was staring at.
I shook my head collecting my thoughts again and continued what I never finished.
"Yeah, I got a random call earlier from some guy and I was just wondering how he got my number. The weird part was he was talking like he knew who I was." I said and she just looks at me in a confused way.
