After the sleepover

He looked so cute and confused when he opened his eyes. He rubbed his eyes and then looked at me in the dark. "What time is it? Do we have to get up already?" he asked.

"It's just 1am, but I thought you might want to sleep somewhere where you are little more comfortable." I said smiling at him.

"Don’t send me home." he said said and wrapped both his arms around me. "I don’t want to go."

I giggled a little bit. "No, I was suggesting to sleep in my bed. It isn't super big, but you wouldn’t have to sleep sitting up. But don't get your hopes up, I am not gonna sleep with you." I warned him before it was too late.

"Ok" he said a little disappointed.

I got up and walked up the stairs with him behind me. "I should write a note to my host parents that you are still here. Why don’t you go up to my room and I'll come after you in a minute." I suggested and that’s what we did then. I wrote a note to my host parents, explaining that we fell asleep watching a movie and that I didn’t want Tyler to drive home in the middle of the night, half asleep. I was hoping that they would understand it, but they were cool about stuff like that most of the time. Once I was done with my little note, I walked up to my room to see that Tyler was already covered in my blanket and already asleep again. So I crawled in next to him and turned off the light. Even though I thought that he was already asleep, I felt him wrapping his arms around me, so I turned around to face him and give him a kiss.

"Good night, baby." he mumbled and yawned afterwards.

"Good night." I replied and closed my eyes.

We fell asleep all cuddled up and it was a great feeling waking up next to him the next morning. I didn’t have to get up early, so I didn’t actually wake up until 10 in the morning. So when I opened my eyes, I saw Tyler looking at me. It seemed like he had already been awake for a while and was just waiting for me to wake up.

"Good morning, beautiful." he said with a smile that could light up the whole world.

I rubbed my eyes a little and smiled at him. "Good morning. How long have you been watching me sleep?"  I asked him while I cuddled myself up to his chest.

"Hmm, … for about 10 minutes." he said grinning and kissed my forehead. "Because I fell asleep again after your host mum came in this morning."

That woke me up. I sat up and looked at him in shock. "My host mum came in this morning?" I asked, not knowing what to think about that.

"Yeah. But she didn’t say anything. She just peeked in and closed the door again. I think she didn’t even notice that I saw her." he said pulling me to him again.

We just laid there for another half an hour until we got really hungry and went downstairs into the kitchen to get some breakfast. There was no note from my host parents, so I was hoping that they were fine with Tyler sleeping over, but I would still have to talk to them about that. I was a little scared of that conversation and it came faster than I thought, because my host mum came down from her room. She was probably working from home today.

"Good morning." she said to both of us.

"Good morning." I said getting red as a tomato. I was glad that Tyler wasn’t half naked or something like that. He also said a friendly "Good morning."

"Don’t you want to introduce us? I would like to know at least the name of the person that is sleeping in my house." she said. She sounded friendly, but I still couldn’t say how she felt about the whole thing.

I started biting my lip and looked at Tyler, then back to my host mum. "Of course, that is Tyler …" I paused a little. "… my boyfriend." I added then and saw the surprised look on my host mum's face.
