"Why are you all wet?" Ron asked as I walked into our room.
"Long story." I sighed, noticing all the water I was trailing into the living room.
Harry was sitting in the chair beside him, looking angry.
"She was on a date.""You actually went on the date?!" Ron asked.
"Of course I did, what was I going to say?! No?!" I exclaimed.
"I take it as you had fun?" Harry asked casually from the chair he was sitting in.
"I did actually." I smirked.
Harry rolled his eyes, "Of course."
If you're going to roll your eyes at me, be a little more conspicuous.
"Can I ask what your problem is?" I snapped."You were on a bloody date with Oliver Wood! Snogging him all over!" He barked at me.
Wait a minute.
"It was you!" I realized, "You hexed his broom!"Ron stood up, "You hexed his broom? Bloody hell, Harry!"
Harry then stood up as well, "Well what else was I going to do?!"
"You could actually be normal and not mess with things!" I suggested, throwing my hands in the air.
"How can I possibly do that when I'm in love with you?!" He yelled.
Ron and I both shut up.
Harry looked at me sympathetically, "I love you Hermione. I never stopped. Do you know how hard it was watching you with him? How hard it was watching you kiss him?"I was unable to speak. Even when I tried, no words came out.
"Can you really blame me for being angry?" He asked, lowering his voice.
I took a couple of steps towards him, and looked him in the eyes. Then I took his face in my hands and pressed my lips to his. Harry's mouth melted to mine and for the first time in a year, we were kissing.
When I pulled back, Harry held my face in his hands. Then finally I replied, "I love you too."
---The following day, I woke up to Harry laying beside me. I told him to stay with me last night. He cuddled all night and shared a few kisses here and there. It was like everything was back to normal.
"Good morning, love." I told him, kissing his cheek.Harry groaned and flipped over, "Good morning to you too."
"How did you sleep?" I asked happily.
Harry sat up and took me into his arms, "A lot better with you by my side."
"Cheesy. I like it." I teased, "Can't we just stay in bed together all day?"
"We can always fake being ill." He winked, "But that would be lying and not the right thing to do."
I groaned, "You're right."
"Come on, let's get up." He smiled and grabbed my hand.
When we walked outside my room, Ron was siting on our couch sipping his morning coffee, "Well hello love birds."
"Good morning, Ron." I laughed.
"I'm glad to see you're finally together again." He teased, "You better go get breakfast before they stop serving."
---After breakfast, Harry walked me to a second year Charms class, "I hope you have a wonderful day."
"You have a great day too." I replied, kissing his cheek.
Harry and I parted and just as I was about to walk into class, Oliver came to me. "Hermione. Hi."
"Oliver." I nodded, "I think you should know that-"
"You and Harry?" He interrupted, "I know."
"You do?" I asked confused.
Oliver smiled lightly, "Of course I do. I'm happy for you. We can always be friends."
I nodded to him, "Id like that."
