Chapter 15

"I hope that Calum's okay. I hope he found Ollie." Michael said over and over sitting in the living room with Alex and Jack. Since Michael came home he's sat on the couch hugging his knees to his chest rocking back and forth saying that over an over. It was hard for Alex and Jack to get him to answer one of their questions.

"I'm sure that they're fine Michael." Alex said. Jack was in the kitchen getting them all hot chocolate. Michael was like a little brother to him ever since Alex introduced them when he and Alex started dating. 

"Alright, here's one for you and you." Jack said walking back into the living room handing cups to Alex and setting one down next to Michael. He walked back to the kitchen to grab his when out of the corner of his eye he saw something standing at the sliding glass backdoor. He knew exactly who it was when he saw Ollie in his arms.

"Oh shit, you much be freezing." Jack said opening the door. "Give me Ollie, Michael is in the living room." 

"He hurt his back leg. Be careful." Calum said handing over the wet dog. Jack nodded taking Ollie into the bathroom.

Calum walked into the living room, Alex looking over with his mouth open expecting it to be Jack. His eyes went wide closing his mouth. He stood up walked over to Calum and put a hand on his shoulder. "You found the dog?" He whispered. Calum nodded pointing to the bathroom where Jack took Ollie. "Thank you. Now stop giving him panic attacks." Alex pushed Calum over to Michael walking to the bathroom to talk to Jack.

"Michael?" Calum said kneeling down in front of the panicking boy.

"Shut up Alex. I don't want- CALUM!" Michael yelled jumping on the boy. They hugged for a minute before Michael pushed himself up so he was looking down at Calum. "Did you find Ollie?" 

"You're friends have him right now. He was caught under a tree, his back leg is hurt, I don't know how back. But I'm sure he'll be fine." Calum explained.\

"Oh thank God." Michael sighed. "Thank you. I don't know what I would have done without that dog."

"I wouldn't have come back until I found him." Calum said.

"I know." Michael said hugging Calum again. "I was so worried about you." Michael whispered.

"I can tell. But I'm here now." Calum hugged the boy back a smile on his face. He grabbed Michael's head making the boy look at him. "I'm sorry I left. I shouldn't have."

"It was my fault. I shouldn't have been so stupid." Michael sadly smiled.

"SHUT UP AND KISS ALREADY!" Alex and Jack screamed from the bathroom. Well from the opening into the living room but they ran back to the bathroom. 

Michael and Calum both laugh smiling at one another. Calum ran his thumb over Michael's cheek pulling their faces closer. "I didn't know this until I was away from you after being with you. I never thought that I would find my best friend in my dreams. I never thought that I was capable of saying three words again either. But, Michael, I love you." 

"I love you too, Calum." Michael smiled closing the gap between them. Neither of them could be happier.

Well that isn't exactly how I thought that was going to go. But it works! I don't know how much longer we have with this story!! But I'm so happy that everyone is enjoying it! I also can't believe that we hit 20+k reads on this story! I never thought that it would make it this far. But you guys love it so much, and just like Jail Bait, this story is one of my babies, and I'm going to cry when it ends. I know I will I did with Jail Bait!
