Everyone says motivational quotes or that they understand when people are in a bad situation. Do you actually understand if you haven't been in that situation before? Would you like to step in my shoes and see what my life is like? If you did you wouldn't last a day because of one reason, you don't understand.

When someone is in a bad situation be there for them. Don't tell them that you understand or that everything will get better because we both know it won't. Tell them that you are there for them, that they can rant to you as much as they want and that no matter what they always have you in their lives.

A lot of people go through a lot of bad things. Don't complain, get through it because all flowers have to grow where they are planted.
