Chapter 14
Everything was crashing down in Riley's world, except her love for Lucas.
Work was getting worse.
Her parents don't approve of Riley dating Lucas.
She only felt safe in Lucas' arms.
"Riley what's wrong?" Lucas asked.
They were both laying on Riley's bed watching a movie.
"Everything is crashing down. My parents don't approve of our love. I don't know what to do." she sighed.
"Riley, I was waiting to ask you this, but." Lucas said and got down on his knee.
He pulled out a small, blue box and opened it.
"Riley you make me the happiest man on this planet. I feel all of my troubles disappear when we are together. I want to be with you, do you?" he asked.
"Of course!" Riley gasped.
"Will you marry me?" he asked and Riley hugged and kissed him.
"Yes!" she cheered.
"I want to be married now!" Lucas cheered.
"Me too!" Riley said then gasped. "We need to! My parents wouldn't approve! Lucas we need to get eloped!"
"R-Riley are you sure?" he stuttered shocked.
"Positive. No one would want this love." she told him. He sighed.
"I'm fine with this, it's what you want." he told her.
"I want to get eloped." she told him and he nodded.
"Ok, go pack." he told her and left to pack.
He wasn't so sure though.
