Being on the S.S. Tipton

Chapter Seven:

When Morgan woke up, it was 8 o'clock.  She quickly jumped out of bed. She rushed into the bathroom and took a quick shower. She got out and dried off and pulled on a baggy shirt with hearts all over it and faded blue jeans. She pulled on her converse and ran out the door. Knocking a certain person down in the process. "Oof!" Morgan heard someone say. "I'm so sorry!" She cried out. "My sternum..." he grunted. "Cody?" Morgan asked. He nodded. "Please forgive me!" she said. "It's fine." he responded. "Did you say your sternum?" she asked him. "Yup. And where were you off to this early?" he asked her, regaining his normal voice. "What do you mean? I was heading for class. I'm late already!" She exclaimed. "It's Saturday!" Cody yelled at her. Morgan started laughing. "I can't believe I forgot that!" she said between laughing. "I think Saturday is over-rated. School should be everyday." Cody said matter-of-factly. "That's stupid." Morgan said as she wacked him playfully. Just as she did that Bailey walked out of her's and London's room. "What's going on?" She said acting hurt. Morgan stopped giggling and said, "Bailey! This isn't anything I swear!" But Bailey didn't believe her. "I can't believe you would do this to me Cody!" She cried out and she burst into tears and ran off. "Well crap..." Cody mumbled. "I am so sorry Cody! I wasn't flirting with you or anything I swear! I'm into your brother!" She told him. "I know that Morgan. I need to go talk to Bailey." he responded and ran off after her. Morgan shook her head and walked back into her room.

It was 4:45 pm. Morgan had just got done curling her light blonde hair. She had put on a soft layer of lip gloss and some mascara, that was all. She walked out of the bathroom and tugged at her blue sundress. "I guess I could go now." Morgan said to herself. Then a horrible thought came to her. "What if he has to work al night! I didn't even ask if he was working!" then she thought, "Or what if he's doing his homework!" Then she laughed and lightly smacked herself on the head. "Zack doesn't do homework!" she shouted out loud. "What was that?" Said a voice from outside her door. Morgan giggled. "But what if he doesn't show up?" Morgan asked that last thought out loud, worried now. "He has to show up." She finally decided, but still doubtful. She turned and walked out of her room.
