Chapter 29 *I Want Her!*

Bea POV

I stood up panicked, I knew that this would happen but I didn't think about what I'd do. I didn't even think I would be alive when she found them. Mary rushed Hayley and Hope away to leave. I followed behind Mary hesitantly. "No I'm not going to teach my daughter that it's okay for your loved ones to fight your battle." She says. I scoffed at that statement. Isn't that what we've always been doing for her since she grew pregnant with Hope? Hayley gave Hope to me. "Protect her.And don't look back." She says kissing my forehead. Then looks up at Hope. "Mommy will be right behind you" She says kissing Hope's forehead. Hayley ran off and Mary rushed me to the truck. Once we reached the truck I put Hope in her car seat that was inside of it and started to buckle her up. "You'll be fine baby girl, i promise." I say after i finished and closed the door. I looked at Mary with a worried expression. What was I suppose to do?! Run all over the world until I learn that it's safe to come back? "Go, We'll find you both one way or another." Mary says "Your not coming with?!" I exclaimed. Sure I didn't know her to well but I don't want her getting hurt in this mess. "I can't leave my grandson alone. I know she'll be safe with you. If Hayley can trust you to take care of her for such a long time, there's no reason I shouldn't." She says. I sigh in defeat. Has much as Hope's family is a pain I don't want to take Hope away from anybody.Suddenly a wave of pain shot through me. I screamed in pain falling to the ground and Mary went to help me until the same thing started happening with her. I watched in horror has Mary changed into a werewolf and ran off. The pain in my body stayed but I got up and struggled to opened the door. Mary is part of the pack. Hayley's pack. What happens to Hayley happens to them. I had to get out of here, Hayley was in no way going to be behind us. Suddenly I was smashed into the car and then whipped around. Anger filled me in a instant. "Niklaus!" I yelled. I was about to tel him off when I screamed in pain again and I felt my. Klaus looked in awe at my eyes but I didn't now what they looked like since I couldn't see my eyes. Suddenly the pain stopped and I stood up. I shook Niklaus off. "How dare you! You go off saying that I took your child away from you and your no where to be found. And I'm sure you've caused a mess since then too!" I yell at him hitting his chest. He let me hit him a few times but then stopped my hands and crushed his lips into mine. I kissed back but then pulled away. "Why do you do this" I stated and not really questioned it. i knew the answer. I pushed him back and opened the door to check on Hope. I played with her little finger for a minute with Nik behind me smiling at his little girl. " Oh good you found little Hope" I heard a voice behind us. I turned and saw Delhia. Are you joking?! "Your promise has been almost filled Niklaus now time to finish it." She says. I look at Klaus in shock. I slapped Niklaus hard across the face. I looked at Delhia "Your not touching this baby!" I yelled at her putting my hand on Hope protectively. Delhia just laughed at me and smirked like it was some type of joke. "Me and Niklaus had a deal and it will be kept if he'd like to keep his daughter." She says "Listen to me Beatrice, if I do this Hope stays with me she'll be safe." He says. With him? Only be safe with him?! and Dehlia?!! I slap him even harder. "She needs all of her family! She needs both of her parents! She needs a mother and a father Niklaus! Don't you understand or have you completely lost your mind!" I yelled. Dehlia's smirk turned into a smile. Klaus didn't even try to fight back right now. "Beatrice shall come too, there's something about her that's I'd like to keep around." She said. I was highly alarmed, what was that suppose to mean? Niklaus turned around ferociously "That was not part of the deal!" Niklaus yelled "Now it is, I want her! She will be coming with us unless.... you don't want to live to see your daughter grow up." She threatened. I watched Niklaus's emotions and body change. I suddenly understood what was happening. Niklaus wouldn't put up with this unless he didn't have a choice or it was part of his plan. What ever the case was I wasn't leaving Hope. "Whatever. I'll go but if you touch her even one bit. your dead." I say in all seriousness. She smirks "You smirk right now but you've never tried surviving without a heart have you? I can just do the same thing you did to Aiden." I threatened and her smirk dropped and I saw a hint of disbelief . She brushed it off fast though and laughed "I Like You Little Witch" She says. I shake my head disguised. "What do you have to do?" I questioned Nik "I have to let her connect herself to me." He says. My eyes shoot wide. "Are you crazy!" I yelled. Delhia had walked away to perpear for this. Nik grabbed my face. "I need to make sure that you and Hope stay safe and alive! Do you understand" He says. I shock my head understanding. I felt has though after this things were gonna change forever. Like I would have him anymore. Even though he might only have me around for Hope and for compassionate moments I still meant everything to me even if he didn't feel the same. I leaned in and kissed him a few times. He kissed back but then I pulled away leaning my forehead against his with my eyes closed holding his hand that still laid on my face. "If we both make it through this alive, I'm gonna kick your hybrid ass Niklaus Mikealson." I say and open my eyes. He looks at me and smirks for a mir second. I leave his embrace and I turn back to Hope...

Moments Later..

I sat in the car with Hope has I watched Nik link himself to Delhia. Has they linked I started to panic. If she's linked to Nik does that mean she'd be linked to me too? We will never be able to kill her now! I started to panic has i looked down at Hope and the passed up Freya that appeared after I agreed to do this. Delhia was still setting up everything when Nik walked over to me. He looked down at his little girl and smiled playing with her hands. She grabbed his finger and looked has though she wasn't planning on letting go anytime soon. I smirked at them. My panic slowly started to die down. "Everything's going to be okay little bird." He says putting his free hand on the side of my face. I inhaled deeply "I don't like this Nik, things are going to go even more wrong." I say "Just trust me love" He says. I sigh "Nik there's things that I need to tell you, but I couldn't not with everything going on. i-" I start rambling but he cuts me off "Shhh love it's okay you can tell me everything after." He says. I may be his mate and be linked to him but I always found it weird how he didn't get mad at me with things that he would dragger his own sibling if they did it. I sigh "This is way to dangerous Niklaus" I say "Just do it for Hope." He says looking down at his pride and joy. "Your guilt tricking me and it's working. I don't like it." I say. He smirks looking up at me. "What's taking to so long?" I ask "I'd like to know myself love" He says leaning back on the car still with Hope's little hand in his. I soon zoned out into my own world.

Minutes later after the big bad witch and hybrid bicker the linking is happening. I what in terror has their hands are being held together and their hands fall back. Almost like a shock of pain. Soon they pull a part. Delhia has a pleased look on her face. "Now it is set soon enough Freya will be gone and your power will keep your little girl safe. And will keep me out of a 100 year deep sleep." She says and Nik walks away from her and looks at me pulling a dagger out. My breathing hitches and my eyes go wide. "Maybe one last sleep" He says turning around plunging the dagger in his heart has Delhias's face fills with horror. I grab my chest in pain. I can feel the pain of the dagger going in his heart. My breathing hitches again has they fall to the ground. I slowly became weak and and couldn't breath. I lay down in the back of the truck while my hand falls into Hope's car seat. The last thing I remember is feeling Hope's little hand on mine and her cry's echo through my ears until everything became black.....

Flash Back**
(Still Bea's POV and Her Name is Still Hope in this Flashback)

I hear my ringtone echo through my room has I was in a deep sleep. I groan when the person calls a second time. I don't bother to look at who the number was. I just picked it up. "What" I state not caring to say 'Hello' "Hope! Why didn't you answer me" Caroline's voice echoed in my ear. I groaned "Because I was sleeping like a normal teenager." I say "Normal teenagers don't sleep till 3 in the afternoon Hope! We were worried about you! You didn't answer earlier either." She exclaimed "I was in a deep sleep." I state ready to go back to sleep. "What's up with you lately, all you've been doing is sleeping lately." She says worried "I'm just tired Care. Remember I go to school, I have a night job and I still mange to help with the supernatural cases every once in a while....I need sleep." I say "The Grill closes at midnight so you'd get home about 1 am which means you'd go to sleep around 2 am knowing you. So you should only be sleeping till about noon it's 3 almost 4 pm." She says "Oh my god Care I love you but if you don't tell me what you want I'm hanging up and going back to my peaceful sleep." I say. I hear her sigh "We need you to do something." She says "Who's we?" I ask stupid question since I already knew I was just tired. "Elena, Damon and Stefan.." She says "What do I have to do this time." I say "Distract Klaus so that we can try to find the moonstone without him on our backs." She says I sigh "Why me? I don't even know him." I say, sure my aunt told me about him before and I know all the bad things he's done but I've only meet him a few times. (This is before her aunt died) "Yes I know but you've meet him a few times, and Stefan and Damon seem to think that he might have interest in you." She says "Well he clearly has a thing for you why don't you do it" I say "Because they don;t want me to they want me to help look for the moonstone." She says. I sigh.. "Whatever where am I going?" I ask "The Grill and don;t take to long please." She says slightly un easy at the end. I hang up and slowly get out of bed. I got and take a shower and get and do my . I go down stairs and see my aunt. "Afternoon Honey" She says smiling at me. "Hi" I say smiling at her "I'm going to Grill I'll see you later?" I question "I'll be here unless you have to work tonight" She says "Nope! Todays my day off. I'll be back in a few hours" I say "Who are you going to see?" She asks "Klaus" I say truthfully and casually. She smirks at me. "Okay, have fun." She says. You see most mothers or mother figures who knew Klaus would have 100% never let me to go see Klaus but Aunt Crystal on the other hand is a different story. I guess it's because they knew each other in the past...

I walk into the Grill and sit at the bar. Matt walks over with me with a smile."Hey Hope, Regular?" He asks "Yes Please" I say. Has I wait for my drink I pull out my sketch book and start doodling until I feel another person sit next to me. I look at the corner of my eye to see a smirking Klaus. I fulling look up at him giving him a smile. "Hello Love." He says "Hi Klaus" I say and Matt comes and gives me my regular coffee shake. "Thanks Matt." I say and give him the 5 dollars for the big shake. He shakes his head no. "I'm not working therefore its not free just take it I have the money." I say. This was always a battle with him. He shakes his head then walks away and I huff. Klaus laughs "Well a gentlemen never lets a lady pay." He says. Did he just complement Matt? I laugh slightly "It's fine I'll just slip it in his drawer before I leave, like always." I say smirking. "So what brings you to Mystic Grill this fine evening?" He asks "I have no life outside of school, work and the supernatural and when I want a break I don;t have anything to do but sit at a bar and drown in my coffee milkshake." I say which was basically true. He laughs at my statement. "So what are you doing here?" I questioned "Shouldn't you be out looking for the beloved moonstone" I say "I like to let the ScoobyDoo Gang do that dirty work for me." He says "Yea so wouldn't this be the time of the day you have a pretty girl at your house to feed on." I say a bit sarcastic but not at the same time. He laughs once again. It surprised me because everyone always makes him seem like a heartless cold hybrid. "Well I have a pretty girl right next to me that I would love not to feed on." He says. I laugh "Do you just have a thing for blond's Mikealson?" I say "What makes you think that, love?" He asks "Well lets see everyone thinks you have the hots for Caroline and you try to flirt with me so I just assume.." I say. He smirks "I don't really have a type love, the blonds here just seem to be more prettier." He says and i slightly blush "How is it love, that your a Lockwood but you have blond hair?" He asks has I drink my shake. "My natural hair color is brown but I've been dying it blond and some wild colors for the past 2 years." I say. He shook his head understanding. "Well I'd love to see what your natural hair looks like some day." He says. I smirk drinking down my shake fast for some reason but pause to respond. "Well maybe if you cross paths one day in a few years or if your still in Mystic Falls you will." I say "You'd want to see me again once i leave Mystic Falls?" He asked surprised. I shrugged "Why not, you maybe the big bad hybrid but you haven't done anything to me. And you don't seem that bad so why would i want you cut out of my life?" I questioned. He was shocked but smiled. "Well I must get going but I will be seeing you soon Hope." He says in not a creepy way but in a kind of sweet casual way and then kisses my forehead leaving the Grill. And leaving me blushing at the bar by myself.


...Why couldn't things be that way again. Sure there was drama but there was peace hidden in between....
