Ford POV

We went through the door into the control room. We started to fight with each other. Banging around, starting up the machine.

"You want it back?" Stanley taunts, "You have to try harder than that!" Stanley shoves me to the ground. Then the machine started to turn on.

"You left me behind you jerk!" Stanley cried out as we were wrestling with the book. "It was supposed to be us forever! You ruin my life!" Stanley continues. "You ruin your own life!" I snap. I then kick Stanley. Stanley flew back and he screamed as he hit the symbol on the side of the desk.

"Stanley! Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" I gasp as I got to my feet. "Are you..." Then Stanley jerks up and hit me on the face. I tumble to the ground over the lever. The machine spark with life. I got up to my feet.

"Some brother you turn out to be. You came over about your dumb mysteries and your family. Well then you can have it!" Then Stanley shoves me with the book in my hand. I glare at Stanley, "What kind of brother did you turn out to be? I ask you to do something about your life...something to help me with my life and you just have to turn it away. You are a drunk lazy worthless person in the world!" Then Stanley charge at me. I then grab his shoulders and threw him aside. Then Stanley flew up in the air.

"Woah hey! What's going on! Hey! Stanford! Help!" Stanley cried out.

"Stanley!" I gasp, "Oh no! What did I do?"

"Stanford help me! Help! Do something!" Stanley asks.

I look around, "I-I."

"Stanford!" Then I watch in horror as Stanley got suck into the portal. Then there was an explosion and I fell back. I sat up, "Stanley! No!" I quickly came up to the leaver and tried to start it up again, "I got to get him back." It wouldn't work. Then at the corner of my eyes I saw my book. "The other journals....I got to bring them out." Then I got a cold chill, "But he will be watching...I got to do something to make sure he isn't watching...but what? How?" I rub my head. "That's it. I just go to block him from my mind...at least so he can't control any more...that should slow him down at least." I sigh, "Sorry Stanley but you got to wait...just for a bit...then I'm coming for you."

For the next week I got a metal plate in my head....then for two weeks I recover. Then I started to work. I had to fix the portal. I fix the lever. "Alright time to find the journals." I reply. I then went to the forest. I remember where I hide them. I hide book two in the library in a special spot and hide book three in the forest by my bunker. I headed to the library. It wasn't in the library but in the library grounds. I headed to the courtyard. It was under the cherry tree that was there.

I knew it was going to be safe there because nobody would try to cherry tree or ever think about it. For a few reasons, one reason because in the olden days they would hang people so there was some myths or stories about the dead rising and so on. Another reason is because who would be near a cheery tree in a courtyard where they burry people. I thought it was a good place. I went up to the cheery tree. I then reach up and pulled a branch, which was really was a lever. I had a lot of free time. Then the tree open up. I reach through the opening and there was book 2 safe and sound in my hands.

I was going to bring back my brother.

I then close up the panel and then headed to the forest. "Now which tree is it?" I muttered. I started to walk around through the forest. "Ah here it is." I then try to go through the panel on the tree but it wouldn't work. I knock on the wood...it was thick not hollow. "Oh great." I muttered. I looked around, scratching my head. "Where in the world could that bunker be?" I scan through my journals...but of course I had to put it in journal 3. I needed to find that bunker, why did I hide it so well? Of course I had to because of the shapeshifter. He broke out so I needed to seal it up so he wouldn't escape. Another mistake that I made and I couldn't fix it, for this mistake with Stanley going inside the portal is a mistake that I'm going to fix.
