She giggles softly, "You're drunk."
I nod, "I am. You do look good though, even if there's three of you." I say and it's true. There's three Tris's tucking strings of hair behind their ears.
She laughs again, "There's only one me."
"I know and I love her." I answer back. She smiles brightly like she's never heard that before. But she has. I say it all the time. I brush my lips past hers and she pushes down my shoulders. Forcing me onto the bed.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
She smiles, "Sleep. Tomorrow, you're going to be so hung-over." She rolls her eyes.
"Good night, Tris." I whisper.
She lays down beside me, "Good night, Tobias." She whispers back. I close my eyes, drowning in the sensation of peace. I fall into sleep.

I open my eyes to see Tris, resting her forehead on the door. She slaps the door with her palm, "Why me?!" She yells. I shake my head and walk to her. I gather her in my arms and look into her eyes. She's been crying.
"What's wrong?" I ask. She looks away from me. I grab her chin gently and turn her to face me again.
"What's. Wrong?" I demand, moving my face closer to hers.
"I can't be with you, Tobias." She whispers. What?
"W-why not?" I ask, afraid of the answer. What if she's found someone better, someone nicer?
"There's someone else..." She trails off, turning her head again. I knew it. She found someone kinder, more handsome, stronger. She'll forget about me and move on with whoever he is.
"Who?" I whisper through clamped teeth. She swallows roughly and coughs.
"Uriah." I pull away from her and punch my fist into the wall. I feel no pain, just anger. I turn back to Tris.
"Why?" I ask, through clenched teeth.
"Because," She says. "because you're drunk."

I shoot upright in bed, the sheets tangled around me. It was just a dream, just a nightmare. I put my head in my hands and breathe.
She's not leaving you. She's still yours. Calm down, Four! I chant over and over in my head.
The door opens and Tris walks in. She doesn't notice me being awake. She leans her head against the door, "Why me?" She sobs. Oh no, my dream...Is becoming a reality.
