Chapter 4

~Camerons' POV~

The guys and I were just hanging around backstage goofing around, taking selfies and posting vines. We were waiting for all our fans to arrive and I have to admit I was kinda nervous this was our last show in Ontario, Canada then we got a vacation and I wanted it to be perfect. These girls waited three years for us to come here and I wanted this event to be one of their dreams that they will cherish forever. I peeked between the curtains and saw about three quarters of the girls who bought VIP passes. I went back to the couch.
"Excited?" Nash asked, he looked as nervous as I am
"Of course! I just want everything to be perfect"
"Same! They deserve it."
I nodded, Nash sat down beside me scrolling through his phone, I looked at the screen and saw he was on Instagram. I took my phone out and went on Twitter until Nash nudged me.
"What do you want?" I asked
"Look at this picture" He said giving me his phone
I looked down at the screen, it was a picture of two girls. They were cute. I found myself liking the girl on the left more, she had brown hair, pretty brown eyes and really nice smile. I looked at the caption it read "With this one waiting to see my boys #MAGCON". Man! I couldn't wait to meet them. I handed Nash back his phone and he liked the picture. I could only imagine their reactions at the moment, they were probably freaking out. Bart came backstage and told us to get ready. He handed a microphone to me, Nash, Gilinsky and Johnson. We all ran out onto the stage and the crowd started going crazy, girls were jumping up and down, crying and screaming. The energy in the room was AMAZING!
"HELLOOOOOOOO! How are you guys?!" I screamed into the mic
I started explaining the schedule and how the meet&greet was going to work and talked a bit about the event.
"Also once you guys are done with signings, stay here and hang out. Because when everyone has gotten the chance to get their things signed we are gonna choose 5 lucky girls to spend an extra day with us. That does includes the night. So how we are gonna choose is that in the back of your pass, there's this code." I watched as each and one of their eyes
widened. We always did this for our last events.
"And that code will determine if you are one of our lucky winners or nah" Nash took over
"Before we came onto the stage we randomly picked 5 codes" Gilinsky added
"Anyways, let's get started, come on stage beautifuls" Johnson said taking the first group of girls hands.
I went to take my place at the table I shared with Nash and Taylor and waited for the girls to make their way to our table. They came we said hi, talked a little, took a couple of pictures and signed their things then they went to the last table. One fan after another came. As I waited for the next group of girls to arrive at our table I looked through the crowd. My eyes landed on the girl and her friend from the picture Nash showed me. WOW! She is gorgeous, I can't wait to talk to her. Oh, shit! Shes looking at me! Did she catch me looking?! She smiling at me! What do I do?! What do I do?! And I blew it, shes looking at the ground. She's cute when she's nervous.
Someone nudged me, interrupting my thoughts. I saw that the fans had arrived at our table and I gave my attention to them. One group after another came on stage and soon enough it was her turn. I couldn't wait! I watched as she talked with Carter, Aaron and Johnson.
She and her friend moved to Jcs', Kians' and Graysons' table. Two more!!!!! She was filming Kian and JC and she couldn't stop smiling. Her friend was all over Grayson and she was crying. I'm glad that she could be here and meet all of us. Oh, no! They are Matts' and Gilinskys' table. She'll be here soon. I'm getting very anxious right now. Chill, Cam! Calm down! I sat down on my seat and went on my phone to distract myself. Nash and Taylor got up, so I did as well. That's when I saw her walking to our table. Her friend jumped on Nash and started crying. Well I guess she's a Nash girl. The girl I liked looked at her friend and Nash before slowly walking towards me and Tay. Tears started coming out of her eyes and Tay walked up to her.
"What's your name honey?" Taylor asked while embracing her in a hug
"Dannielle" She replied
Dannielle! Wow! Thats a great name! I'm glad Tay went to her first, that gave me a chance to figure out what I was going to say, what I was going to do. How I was going to ask her out... Wait?! Ask her out?? Cam you're fooling yourself there's no way a girl like that can be single. And plus I don't even know her. But I want to... What is Dannielle doing to you Cameron? I saw that Tay was signing her things so that met she was either going to me or Nash next. But judging how her friend is still glued to Nash, I'm pretty sure shes gonna come and talk to me. And I was right, she's walking to me right now.
"Hello cutie" I said to her
I pulled her into a hug and picked her up while placing my head in her neck. I loved doing this with my fans. I set her down but still hugged her. She started crying again and I just hugged her tightly. She pulled back and giggled a little. Shit, did I do something wrong? Did she not like the hug? UGHHHH!
"What? Am I a bad hugger?" I asked worried
"No! Of course not! You're the best" She said reassuring me, then what is it?
"Well that hurts" Taylor said looking up from his phone
"One of the best" She corrected
"Then why were you laughing??" I asked wanting to know
"Thanks to me your shirt is all wet" She said
That's it?! My shirt is wet from her tears?! THANK GOD!
"As long as it's tears of joy, I'm fine with it" I smiled out
"Well they are" She told me
"Good"
We talked and made jokes for while. Then when I got enough confidence, I grabbed her hand and lead her to the table. I saw her take a picture of our hands together and smile at herself. Im glad Im making her happy. I sat down on my chair, wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her down onto my lap. I watched as her face went from smiling to basically exploding with joy.
"This has always been one of your MAGCON dreams right" I whispered in her ear
She turned her body a bit so that she was facing me
"How did you know?" She asked surprise, I'm happy I got that right. I was totally winging it
"I mean who doesn't wanna sit on my lap" I cheesed
"You're so full of yourself" She chuckled
I saw that Tay wasn't doing anything important and I'm guessing that Dannielle would like a picture of us.
"Taylor would me taking a picture of us?" I asked
I watched him get up and take her phone. I smiled while he took the pictures, he handed back her phone and she looked at them
"We look pretty cute, don't we?" She asked
"We could def pass as a couple" I blurted out not even thinking
"We would be the second cutest one though" She said, I'm glad I didn't freak her out
I gave her a confused look, wanting to know who would be cuter than us. She got the message and pointed at Nash and her friend. They were pretty cute.
"WHOOO! Get your flirt on" Dannielle yelled at her friend, Tay and I laughed. I watched as her friend gave her a look but quickly continued talking to Nash. I was going to tell her something but I saw that she was still looking at them.
"He likes her" I told her
"How do you know?" She questioned me
"When he likes a girl, he rocks on his heels and doesn't touch his hair" I responded
She examined them and sure enough I was right. She got off of me and I was kinda sad, I liked being close to her. I snapped out of my thoughts.
"Anything else I could do for you" I asked
She was about to answer but her friend cut her off
"You could grind on" She said, I'm guessing that was payback. Dannielle flipped her off and we all laughed
"I'll save it for the bedroom tonight" I winked
Her cheeks got bright red.
"No but seriously do you want me to sign your picture or???" I asked
"Well I am here to get my things signed" She stated handing me her poster
"Okay Miss.Obvious" I laughed signing her stuff
I gave it back and she looked at her friend, man I need to know her name, who was now hugging Taylor and she took her chance to go and talk to Nash. Her friend took pictures and talked to Tay and then she came to me.
"Hey! Ok, so what's your name? Cause I hate calling you Dannielles' friend" I asked
"My name is is Gabrielle" She answered
"Gabrielle, got it" I said nodding
We took a picture and I signed her things
"I know you like Dann" She smiled
What? Shit, was I that obvious???
"H-how do you know" I asked nervously
"Nash told me"
I laughed because it's the same thing I told Dannielle about Gabrielle and Nash. I hugged her and kept my arm around her shoulder and she put an arm around my waist.
We turned and looked at Nash and Dann.
"You're even prettier in person" Nash told her
"Stop flirting with my girl" I yelled at him acting like I was joking but really I was a bit jealous.
"Only if you stop touching my girl" He yelled back
"There's enough of us to go around" Gab said
"Yeah, we have to share you guys with so the least you could do is share us" Dannielle added
We laughed and we wrapped things up, they thanked us and we hugged them another time. They started walking to the last table.
"Bye Dannielle" I called out at her and I knew she was blushing.
I sat back down and waiting for the next group of girls to arrive.
"Hey! If Dannielles' and Gabrielles' codes don't get called out, do you think we can just call them onto the stage?" I asked Nash and Taylor
"Yeah, that would be very cool! They are very fun girls" Nash said
"Totally! Hanging out with them Friday and Saturday will be awesome" Taylor added
I nodded, we told our fans that if their code got chosen they would get to spend one extra full day with us but really it was two days.
"Should we run it through the others" Nash asked
"I don't think they'll mind" Tay and I said at the same time.
"Great so that's that" I said once I saw the next fans were almost to our table.
A couple other fans came on and we were left with the last group of girls.
"Hi" I said to one of the girls
"Omg! I love you so much" She cried
"Love you too boo" I replied embracing her in a hug
We talked and took a picture and while I was signing her things, I saw Tay nudge Nash. Nash waved and blew a kiss to somebody in the crowd. I finished my signature and jumped on his back. I saw Dannielle and Gabrielle, so I started waving like crazy person and smiling like a goof. They laughed and we both turned our attention back to our last fans. We wrapped things up and they moved to the last table. Soon enough they were off stage and we were getting ready to announce our lucky gals. Bart gave a microphone to Matthew
"Are you guys ready to know if you are one of our lucky ladies" Matt yelled in the mic
The crowd started going crazy with yells and cries
"Alright then! Everybody turn your passes" He said
Everybody turned their pass around and looked at their code
"Everybody sees their code?" He asked
Some simply nodded others screamed and this one girl asked him to take his shirt off.
"Ok! Our first code was chosen by Hayes" Matthew said
"And that code is..." He trailed off
"U6903WW" He said
I saw a girl get up and she started crying while making her way onto the stage. She went beside Carter. Aaron took the mic from Matt, so I'm guessing he is announcing the next code.
"Second code was chosen by me" Aaron said
"And that code is...B2411SD" He continued
Another girl jumped and screamed.
"Third code is GR4456AY"Grayson said
Another girl got up and started screaming
"Fourth is ST1195GK" Jake said
"So the last and FINAL code" Nash began giving me a glance and I nodded.
"Is... Is LO6996VE" He finished
My eyes landed on Gabrielle who got up and started jumping and screaming. Wow! How ironic that Nash called her code. Gab got on stage and went beside Nash who hugged and grabbed her hand. Well I guess Im calling up Dann. I took the microphone from Nash.
"Wait! There's one more person who should be on this stage with us. Dannielle come on up" My voice bummed I looked at her and she looked happy, but she wasn't moving.
"Are you coming or do I have to come down and get you" I laughed
That got her moving. I couldn't wait to spend more time with her and get to know her. When she got on stage, I grabbed her hand and took her backstage, since everybody else had moved back there. I sat on the couch and patted the seat next to me, asking her to sit down. She sat down and I realized that she hasn't said anything yet.
"Are you not going to say anything" I asked her
"I'm still processing what just happened" She said
"Well let me help you" I replied and she nodded
"I called your name because me and the guys thought that you Gabrielle deserved to have extra time with us. So basically me and Nash said that if you or Gabs code wasn't called out that we would just call your name" I said
"Also I wanted to spend more time with you" I barely spoke
Well that pretty much gave out my crush on her. Great!
"Well thank you, that's very nice" She smiled so I smiled back
"So tomorrow is the meet&greet, then Thursday is the day of the event, so that means you chikas are spending the whole day with us on Friday AND Saturday" Grayson explained to the girls.
"So choose who you want to bunk with" Johnson added
We only had 1 spare bed in our hotel rooms, so we just told each other that our winners could choose who they wanted to share a bed with, because we knew they wouldn't mind. Dann leaned her head on my shoulder and honestly there was nothing better in the world then feeling her touch. She looked up at me and I looked into her brown eyes.
"Can I bunk with you" She asked me
"Eh, no duh, you can" I said to myself.
I wanted to play a joke on her so I made it look like I was thinking then I pushed her off the couch and she fell on her butt.
"EW! YOU HAVE GERMS, THAT'S GROSS" I yelled in a girl voice
She laughed and I held my hand out to help her get out
"Of course we can bunk" He laughed
"I don't want to anymore" She said
I started laughing because I thought she was joking, but then she walked away from me towards Kian. She wasn't serious, was she??
"So I was wondering if we could bu" I heard Dannielle about to ask him. Shit, I blew it.
I ran across the room screaming.
"NO, NO, NO! I WAS ONLY JOKING! YOU CAN BUNK WITH ME!!!! I practically begged her
"I know" She said kissing my cheek
I tried to keep my cool, but it was kinda hard. My eyes were probably wide and my heart was beating so fast. Did that mean something to her? Because that sure as hell meant something to me.
"Well, um, Imma leave you two alone" Kian spoke awkwardly
Dann went back to the couch where we were sitting before so I followed her. I sat down and wrapped an arm around her waist, while she leaned her head on my shoulder. She was texting her mom saying that we were pretty much done and was ready for her to come pick them up. I don't want her to leave. The others girls who won had left so we were all just hanging out and talking with everybody until her mom showed up. Everybody was up and dancing but we just stayed like we were and it felt nice. Dannielles' phone lit up and Im assuming that its her mom saying that shes here. Dann looked up at me and she seemed sad.
"Dont worry! We will see each other tomorrow" I spoke trying to get her to smile
"I know but I don't wanna leave" She admitted
"I don't want you to leave either, but I promise we will see each other again sooner than you think."
"Promise?" She asked holding out her pinkie
"Promise" I promised her and we locked our pinkie
She got up and grabbed her stuff.
"I don't wanna leave" Gabrielle said
"And you think I want to?" Dann told her
"But my mom is waiting and we have to leave" She told Gab
"Yeah" Gabrielle responded while picking up her stuff
"Bye guys" They both said to all of us
Nash embraced Gabrielle into another hug and I turned to Dann doing the same. Dannielle wrapped her arms around my torso and I wrapped them around her shoulders. I kissed her hair.
"Dont miss me too much" I told her
She hit my chest
"Ruined the moment" She laughed
"Can't help myself" I chuckled
Her phone lit up again
"My mom is getting mad, so we should get going" She told me and I nodded
They left and the guys just kept doing crazy things. I sat down next to Nash.
"PLEASE tell me you have Gabrielle's number" I told him
"Well I do. But what's it to ya?" He asked
"Well can you ask her for Dannielles number please"
"You too chicken shit to ask her yourself" He teased
"No! I want to surprise her" I lied.
The truth was I didn't know how to ask her without messing up and looking dumb
"Sure" Nash said not believing me
"Just do it" I demanded
He did as I asked.
"Her number is 705-030-1572" He said
I nodded and added Dannielle in my contact as "Soon to be babe<3". I decided to wait a little before texting her.
