CHAPTER 27

One week since the accident

Date: July 22nd 2016

~Dannielles' POV~

It's been a week since the accident and Cam hasn't showed a single kind of activity, at least that's what Jen has been telling me. I'm still not allowed to go see him, even though the doctors are done with all the tests. Jen told me that Cam is in a coma right now and it's one of the worst she's ever seen, a lot of trauma was caused since the car crashed into his side. He also has a broken arm, along with a couple broken ribs like Jake. Jake can leave the hospital tomorrow, he is healing whether fast, his broken ribs are healed so that's why he can leave. The girls all came to visit the guys and I at the hospital, they do a good job clearing my head but reality always seems to come back and hit me. My mom and my brother also came, let's just say when my mom told my brother what happened he was happy. I haven't left the hospital since I walked in. I've been living on the hospitals cafeteria food, which is okay since the food is good. The guys take turns staying the night with me, since they don't want me to be alone. One of them still have my phone. I can't even use it to call my mom, I have to use one of theirs. I can see why they don't want me to use it but it gets annoying sometimes.

Two weeks since the accident

Date: July 29th 2016

~Dannielles' POV~

It's been 2 weeks, 2 freaking weeks and still nothing. I tried going to see him but a doctor stopped me. I still haven't left the hospital. I look like a mess. Jake is no longer a patient at the hospital, he is now a person in the waiting room like everybody else.

"Dann?" Johnson said

"Yeah" I answered

"I think it would be a good idea, if I drive you home and you take a shower and bring some clothes back here" He told me

"J" I sighed

"Look you haven't left the hospital since you got here, you won't miss anything" Johnson argued

I thought about it, I haven't showered or changed my clothes in 2 weeks. Gross I know.

"Okay, fine. But an hour max" I told him

He nodded

We took the elevator and walked out to the parking lot. We got into a Range Rover and Johnson started driving to my house. We made small-talk the whole way there. Once we got to my house, J parked the car in my driveway.

"My room is upstairs" I told Johnson, once we walked inside

Johnson followed me to my room

My mom and brother weren't home so it will be easier to do a stop and go.

I went in my closet and threw my big duffel on my bed

"Johnson, can you pack my clothes while I shower" I asked

"Course" He nodded "What do you want me to pack" He questioned

"Sweatshirts, sweatpants, leggings and if you are comfortable two sports bras and boy shorts underwater" I answered

"Okay I got you, go take your shower now" Johnson told me

I went in my closet and grabbed a random shirt and pants before going in my bathroom

I brushed my tangled hair and stripped my clothes. I got in the shower, the warm water hitting my bare back. I took a deep breath as I let my stress wash away. After a couple of minutes, I started washing my body and shaving.
