"I'm so done with you, (y/n)! I don't even know you anymore!" Louis yelled.

We've been arguing and fighting for thirty minutes straight after we got home from his friend's party. Since we got together, we've been only fighting over what channel we should watch or what dinner we should have or who should call to order pizza. But now, it's different and worst.

"What are you trying to say now?" I whispered, fear surging through my veins.

He can't do this.

"What you did back there was the last straw, (y'n). Sorry." After saying those words, he stalked out from my apartment and left.

Those memories came flashing back to my mind. I just wanted to know what his reaction would be if I flirted with another man, what would he do when he sees me all lovey-dovey and touchy with another man. Well, my damn curiosity changed my life forever.

If we could only turn back time.

"(Y/n)?" I snapped my head towards to the owner of the voice.

"Louis is in the balcony. I said that you'll be there in a few minutes." Dex said, a good friend of mine who helped me to get to talk to Louis today.

"Thanks. Did you tell him my name?" I asked, worried that if he knew, there's a 200% chance he'd run away. Like the last time.

"Nope." I sigh in relief.

"Thank you, Dexy. I owe you one." I smiled cheekily.

He rolled his eyes and smiled before he left.

I'm now standing in front of the door of the balcony. I can see him through the glass door. His back is facing me but I know he look dashing with that white tuxedo.

God, I missed him. After all these past few years, I still love him. I never stopped myself loving him.

After getting myself together, with one last sigh, I opened the door.

When I look up, his eyes are wide & mouth agape. I could see tears build up at the corners of his beautiful eyes.

"Hi, Louis. Nice to see you again." Pft. What a lame greeting.

He's still staring at me like he has seen a ghost. After a few moments, he blinks and let out a small forced chuckle.

He look directly to my eyes and said,

"Hello (y/n). Nice to see you, too. You're still beautiful." He smiled, but it didn't reach his eyes.

"Thank you?" I giggled.

"I missed your giggle." He whispers but I still heard it.

"Are you flirting with me, Mr. Tomlinson?"

I missed this kind of moments with him. But now, this is different. When he didn't say anything for a few minutes, just occasionally glancing at each other, I broke the silence. Trying to make a light conversation.

"So, are you excited?"

"What? Huh?"

"I said, are you excited? For your wedding today?"

He frowned at first but smiled when he realized where we are and what will happen after this.

"Oh, yeah. I am."

Honestly, I'm glad that he's happy now, not with me but still.

"I'm here to congratulate you and Olivia. She seem like a lovely girl, like her name."

I forced a smile and tried to hide what I really feel inside.

"Why?" He suddenly asked.

"What?" I asked, confused.

"Why didn't you try to get me back? Why didn't you show up for 4 fucking years? Why didn't you run after me and apologize?" He sobbed.

I didn't know this is what a 'light conversation' looks like now.

"I'm sorry, okay? I knew from the start I don't deserve you, and you deserve someone better. Not me. You're perfect. I'm not. I didn't show up for your own good, but that doesn't mean I didn't love you. In fact, I still do. Can't you see? You're happy now, and getting married in a few hours! If I did run after you that day, you're probably not here at this church for your wedding day, happy and ready to move on with the new chapter of your life with Olivia. I just want what's the best for you, Louis."

I let out a sigh. I feel like there's a ten wheeler truck lifted off my chest. I'm glad there weren't tears streaming down my face during my little explanation.

"You're unbelievable." Wait. What? Me?

"What?" I asked confused. Again.

"You're always doing something for me, when you know you're not happy with it! What the hell (y/n)! I waited. I waited for almost 4 years on my fucking couch silently wishing you'll come bursting through my front door and hug and kiss me and say you're sorry for what you've done! Sadly, you didn't. I was going to forgive you, you know that (y/n)..."

'Oh, so why didn't you do it instead?' I thought bitterly. But I bit my tongue to not end this conversation of us yelling and blaming each other. I'm not also here to ruin his wedding and take him away from Olivia. I just want a closure between us and move on with our lives.

"Forget about the past anymore. Past is a history. Let's just have a fresh start. Let's be friends again. You okay with that?"

I could see from his baby blue eyes that he's still hurt. He wipe his tears away and said,

"Yeah, sure.." He cleared his throat and offers a hand for me to shake.

"I'm Louis Tomlinson. Hi, what's your name?"

He smiled and I copied his actions and shake his hands.

"I'm (Y/Full/N). Nice to meet you, Louis." We both giggled.
