Lily got up drowsy as hell, she grabbed her head gently and looked to the side seeing Yoshimori not there, and Lily groaned and held her head gently. Turning further, she saw some soup there; dad must've brought it a while ago because the steam was coming out of the soup, she smiled and grabbed it and began sipping it quietly.
Feeling the warm soup going down her throat and with the herbs, smiling she silently thanked her father and continued eating. When she was done, she grabbed the tray putting her bowl on it and drinking her water and finishing drinking it. Smiling at her work, she got up and walked to the kitchen as her father took it gently, asking how she was.
"I'm doing fine now, thanks daddy." She smiled; he smiled back and hugged her.
"Of course baby girl, now go get ready, Gen is here ready to take you somewhere."
Lily nodded and kissed her fathers' cheek and ran to the room changing into her normal outfit and ran off to find Gen leaning against the post in front of the house, when she saw Madarao's house, she smiled and said.
"Have a good night tonight, okay, Madarao." She smiled, blowing him a kiss and followed Gen to the spot to train.

Lily, a couple days later, walked with Yoshimori to Gen's place wearing her usual silver and green outfit. She carried Yoshimori's sweets and food. They walked up the stairs to Gen's apartment and Yoshimori went up to the door and used the doorbell.
"Gen," Yoshimori called out, "If you're in there come out!"
"If it's the newspaper I don't need it!"
"...?" Lily and Yoshimori looked at one another,
"Geez, I'm just here to bring you the handouts and stuff from school; I'm in the same class ya know?" Yoshimori sighed and Lily giggled quietly.
"And besides, Gen, dad was thinking about you." Lily added, "He made you a special Bento for you..."
"Just leave it and go."
"I can't!" Yoshimori said, "Half of my stuff is in here too."
Gen, finally giving in, got up and walked to the door and opened it letting the two in. Lily took off her sandals and walked in behind Gen.
"Anyways..." Yoshimori started taking off his shoes, "What's with you taking a break from school all of a sudden?"
"I needed some time to think." Gen replied sitting down at his table, Lily sat down and Yoshimori sat beside her in between her and Gen.
"To think?" asked Lily, not knowing what he meant. "Since this morning, it's almost night now."
Gen shrugged, Lily gnawed on her lip gently and looked down at the food in front of them. They began eating in silence. Lily noted that Gen doesn't like speaking when he eats; she remembers this clearly, having been over a few times after training.
Lily didn't enjoy sweets, she loved Yoshimori's cooking don't get her wrong, but she didn't like sweets it was simple as that.
Gen's doorbell went off and a woman's voice came through; "Gen, are you home!?"
Suddenly, Gen's face paled. Lily looked at him with a confused look.
"Gen, someone's at the- what's with that face?" Yoshimori questioned him, and Gen turned away, saying he was crazy. "Well, I guess I'll go get it."
"Don't open the door!" Gen called out to Yoshimori and he yelled out; "If it's the newspaper I don't need it!"
"I see..." She said and suddenly the door was forced open, Lily jumped back and yelped. "I'm here."
