Dr. Erskine worked for countless hours to make the perfect super-soldier formula. He knew that not only did the formula need to be flawless, the test subject needed to have great qualities. Therefore, he chose Amelia Joanne Stinson to be his subject. She extremely smart, determined, quick witted, straight A student from New York.

However, after he had injected all of the serums, it seemed as if Amelia only gained little physical strength. Also, Amelia did not seem to have any super-soldier like qualities. She had no power; scarcely any more strength than she already had; no speed; slowed aging was unpredictable at this point; no immunity. Nada.

She was a failure in the United States Military's book. Amelia despised failures and never permitted them to occur in her life. She always had found a way to reverse it, to correct it; such as grades, imperfect hair, inadequate posture, etcetera. Nevertheless, this time, there was no solution and Amelia was going to have to face the facts.
