~Allison's P.O.V~
The bell would be ringing in ten minutes. I'm always the first person to enter my class periods, and the first one to leave. I hate being around all those idiots who love to judge me. So, it helps to always be away from them as soon as possible. Anyway, this assignment thing for art was harder than I thought it would be. The whole class period I was just planning on what to paint, while some others were already done.
But it was a week long assignment. Perfection takes time.
Six minutes. I had to start putting the supplies back now, or else I wont be able to leave first. I sighed and started to clean up my area. I put my planning sheet in my back pack, and I walked to the front of the class room to put back the stuff I didn't use. When I turned around, I saw Collin staring at me. I looked at him, confused and he stood up and put his stuff away too. He walked right pass me and smiled. I shrugged my shoulders and walked back to my seat.
God, that kid is weird.
~Collin's P.O.V~
Why was she putting her stuff away early? We had a couple minutes of class left. She looked like she was getting ready to leave as soon as the bell rang... I couldn't let her leave so quickly. I needed to talk to her about whatever she and Erica were talking about. How is she a freak? I don't understand. I don't want answers from Erica, I want answers from the source. So, I decided to put away my things as well. As I walked pass her, she looked at me confused as I just smiled at her. I don't care if she says she's mean and a freak or whatever, I'm still being nice to her. She sat down and started putting on her back pack, as I did the same.
"What do you think your doing?" Erica questioned me.
"Getting ready to rob a bank." I said sarcastically. She looked me dead in the eyes, as if she wasn't amused.
"I'm getting ready to leave." I chuckled.
"Don't be a smart ass. It may be sexy, but it will get annoying after a while."
Sexy?
"Uh... why did you want to know?" I quickly changed the subject.
"Because, it looked like your were going to try to follow that freak of... I mean, Allison, to be the first ones out of class."
Freak of what?
"Is she always the first one out of class?"
"Yep. And the first one into class." she rolled her eyes.
"Well, yeah, I'm trying to stop her before she leaves too early. I want to talk to her."
"About what?" she quickly shifted her self to face me, and put all her attention on my words.
"About this freak thing that you and her talked about."
"She talked to you? I thought you said she said nothing!" she started to get louder at each word she said. Was she mad at me? Because if she was, then she had no right to be.
"Yeah, our conversation up there was kind of pointless, so it was basically nothing."
"What did she say?" she had such an angry tone in her voice.
Suddenly, the bell rang and I saw Allison darting out the room before everyone else.
"Look, I'll talk to you later, Erica." I ran out the room and caught up with Allison.

Next period. Fucking math. I hate math. I've always hated math. I hope I get a good teacher.. and decent classmates. Decent. Suddenly there was a large hand on my shoulder which stopped me from continuing to walk.
"Hey, Allison. You know how fast of a walker you are? I bet your really fast at running." That Funk guy started to laugh a little bit, but he was breathing slightly heavier than a normal person should.
Was he... running after me?
"thanks for the compliment, suck up. What do you want?" I started walking again, but faster than before. I just wanted to see if he'll try to stay at my pace because if he did, then he really wanted to talk to me.
"I wanted to talk to you about what you said. Erica sorta said the same thing, but-"
"Wait." I came to a sudden stop. "You were talking to Erica about me?" I asked, my brown eyes looking up at him in suspicion.
"That's the first thing you said to me that wasn't rude or negative." he chuckled.
"Collin, answer the question."
"That's the second thing." He laughed.
He was being a smart ass. It was nice for him. Fit his personality well. But it was annoying. Maybe if I walked away, he'll start talking...
"No, Wait! Sorry, I was just-"
"Answer my question, or I'm going to class."
"Yes. We were talking about you."
Typical. Everyone talked about me eventually.
"Okay, well then what did you want? Did Erica ask you to come over here and insult me? Or did she pay you to threaten me? Or make me cry? Or is your niceness all just an act for a sick fucking plan Erica created? Huh? Why the hell are you acting like this towards me?" I spat at him angrily.
How dare he try to do something like that to me? No one had the right to be that cruel to me.
"N-no! What are you talking about? I said nothing mean about you! This isn't an act! What, a person cant be nice to a beautiful girl for no reason? Damn it, Allison! I just wanted to know why everyone thinks your a freak, because when I look at you, I don't see a freak. I see a normal teenage girl who seriously has some issues, but isn't that bad of a person." he was yelling at me at first, but then his voice softened a bit.
Beautiful?
I'm confused now. What was up with this guy?
"I have some serious issues, huh?" my voice was soft.
"No, Allison."
"But that's what you said." I furrowed my eye brows.
"Its not what I meant. I meant-"
"Listen Collin. I have to get to class. Thanks for your genuine niceness and all, but as I said before, I'm not looking for a friend. And if your looking, then look somewhere else. You don't want me as a friend. Trust me. And you want to know why everyone this I'm a freak? Why don't you just ask Erica. You two seem to be friends already." I turned and walked to math class, alone. I didn't want anything to do to him. And he shouldn't want anything to do with me.

She stormed off, leaving me standing there like an idiot. Did I say something wrong? Was this my fault? No, of course not. I didn't nothing wrong. I told the truth, and I shouldn't be ashamed of it. But at the same time, it wasn't her fault either. I had to know why everyone called her a freak. She wasn't a freak. She was normal. I know I only knew her for not even a whole day, but I already knew she wasn't a freak. I'm going to find out every single little detail or this whole thing. And I'll be the judge of whether she's a freak or not. But I had a feeling that it will be harder to try to talk to her now... Hey, if its a challenge she wants, then she's gonna get it. I'm not giving up on her. She may not like it, but guess what. I don't care.
I smirked to myself and walked in the opposite direction to my next class.
This will be fun.
