~Allison's P.O.V~
Me and Collin went back to his house to get our backpacks and his motorcycle. It wasn't much of a walk. Neither of us said anything. It was just a nice, peaceful, comfortable silence. One thing I didn't like about the walk though, was how bad my god damn feet hurt from walking a long distance in wedges. Not fun, nor pleasurable.
We were driving on the motorcycle now, almost at school. I had no problem riding the motorcycle anymore . Matter of fact, I actually asked him if I could drive. He said no, due to my inexperience in driving anything other than a skateboard. But I just love the rush it gives you. It's like being on a never ending rollercoaster, with the wind in your hair and how free it makes you. I just love it so much.
I officially trust Collin. Not enough to tell him my secret, but I trust him enough to tell him everything else. Hes prooven himself to me. Honestly, the last person who's treated me like he does was Dylan, my brother... And I really like his house. I feel like I belong there. When I was there, around his family, it reminded me of how my family use to be. Why can't I just stay there forever? I wish I could. I have to go back home, though. I accept whatever is coming to me. I know that it will be horrible. I know that I'll end up in the hospital. But I can't run away from Chris forever. He's still my father. He may be one of the worse people on the face of the earth, but he hasn't always been like that. And I have to go back. For the old father I use to have.
Me and Collin drove to the school, and we parked in he same spot he parked yesterday. Its like thats his own official parking spot now. Everyone was staring at us and whispering. They always do that to me, but not to Collin. He looked like he had no idea what was going on. He got off the motorcycle, then gave me his hand to help me off.
"Am I crazy, or is everyone staring at us?"
"Both." I smirked.
"Oh, I'm the crazy one?" he smirked back at me.
"Yeah."
"Allison, we're both pretty crazy." he chuckled while throwing one strap of his backpack over his shoulder.
"I guess. But you're crazier. "I nudged him as we turned to walk in the school.
He nudged me back and we pushed each other softly until we got in the school. As we walked, you could hear the other people around us obviously talking about us. All you heard was "What's Collin doing with that freak?" or "Are they dating? Collin could do so much better! " or "How could she manage to pull a guy like Collin? She may be pretty, but a she's completely insane. " The comments didn't bother me, but they bothered Collin.
"Why is everyone talking about us?" he raised one eyebrow and frowns as we stopped at his locker.
"Because they're surprised that a hotty like Collin Funk would ever even have a thought about a freak like Allison Reed, let alone hang out with her." I said in a high pitched voice and leaned on the other side of his locker with a smug expression on his face.
He frowned and opened his locker, putting some things from his backpack inside.
"What's wrong? Don't like my joke?" I smirked up at him.
"Don't call yourself a freak. I dont want to hear you say that ever again. Okay? "
"Okay..." I said lowly. Why did that bother him? Probably because he's just a generally nice person.
"Hey, let's do something after school. " he suggested randomly.
"Can't, I got to go home."
"What?"
"I have to go home."
"No, I know what you said. I meant, what do you mean? You can't go home."
"Why can't I?" I crossed my arms.
