I got up as I heard my mom shouting me saying I've had a letter come through in the post. Instantly I thought it was going to be Sam or Tommy's letter as I haven't heard anything from them since I left Paris. I am so excited to read it. I jumped down the stairs and nearly broke my ankle but i didn't care. I snatched the letter of my mom and started to read it.
"So is it from Sam or Tommy?" my mom said
"No, its not, its a bank statement" I said disappointingly .
" Oh no, i'm sorry Ally, come and give our old mom a hug" she said while putting her arms out. .
"Well i'm going to send them a letter saying how it is going over here and how much i miss them" i said with a slight smile on my face.
"Okay, I think that's a great idea; but first you need to get dressed first for school, you're goingto be late if you aren't careful" said mom with the serious face
So i ran up stairs got my self dressed very quickly and started to write my letter to Sam and Tommy. This is what it said:
Dear Sam and Tommy,
I really miss you and hope to see you two soon. Just wondering how everything is over there, is Mr Grandly still being annoying Sam, oh how is Cassie, is she out of hospital yet? Oh and could you tell my favourite teacher, Mrs Perry i said hello and hope she is doing okay!
At first i wasn't really liking England as it's always cold and raining. I've kind of got used to it now and don't mind it as much! Plus I've made some wonderful friends, you two would love them.
Its a short letter but when you reply hopefully we'll have loads to discuss.
I miss you both loads!

I couldn't stop thinking about the letter, I was so excited for them to see it.
I needed to take my mind of the letter and actually do some work, 2nd period ended and then it was break and I saw Jack coming towards me.
"So how did it go?" I asked with a grin on my face.
"Well, it went great we didn't stop talking and I asked her on a date to the cinemas on Saturday but i'm still a bit nervous" jack said
"No need to be nervous Jack, just do what you did today and you'll be fine" I said.
"Yes, I guess so, thank for the advice. I have to go anyway because i'm on the top floor and bell just gone, see you later" smiled jack
"see you" i said starting to walk to my next lesson.
