Misbehaved // Calum Hood

Chapter Nineteen

Emily's POV

It's been a week and a half since I talked to Calum I still have feelings for him it's just I don't know my head is saying I'm glad you've left him but my heart is saying you stupid girl. I'm just so confused.

"Now can anyone tell me why Juliet killed herself after Romeo poised himself." And right now I was poetry, learning about Romeo and Juliet. About two people who couldn't be together because of different families...great. Then I guess someone raised their hand because sir pointed at them.

"Because she wanted to be with him because she loved him." I heard a girls voice say making me turn around to see Isabelle.

"A good answer." Isabelle smiled proudly of herself. I turned back around and looked at the clock 11:36. I just sighed and looked back at my book in front of me. It was the Shakespeare book of Romeo and Juliet and I had my note book to write in. I thought this lesson was okay but not amazing.

Now it was now free period well for me and a couple of others it was last period so I just decided to go home.  I signed out and walked out of school, I got my phone out of my blazer, that was under my coat. I unlocked it and went to my contacts, I could call Kate, Ashton, Luke, Michael, Niall or Calum. I decided to call Luke cause I need to talk to him about Calum. To see how he is of course. I dialled his number and waited for him to pick up. A couple seconds later he answered the phone.

"Hello?" I heard Luke shout.

"Jesus Luke I'm not deaf and I don't want to be right now."

"Oh sorry hey Why you calling me?"

"I was wondering if you could pick me up and take me home from school."

"I can't I'm in detention but in a music room so I'm having fun I guess I could text Calum to go home, get the car and come and pick you up."

"I don't know Luke."

"I know you and Calum aren't together anymore but please he still loves you. Just please?" I sighed

"Ok text him but tell him to hurry up it's cold out here." I told him Luke laughed.

"Ok I'll text you when he's on his way."

"Thanks Luke...bye."

"No problem see ya." I hung up and waited for Callum to come and pick me up.

I've been waiting for nearly ten minutes for Calum and it's getting colder. I heard a car honk making me look over to the car. It was Luke's car I quickly ran over to the car and ran to the other side I opened the door and saw Calum sitting in the driving seat.

"Took you're time." Calum laughed I bit as I got in the door.

"Sorry I didn't want to come here at first but then I realised that I couldn't leave a beautiful girl out in the cold." I blushed at what he said and looked at my legs. Calum started the car back up and pulled away from the school and started driving into the street.

"So how are you?" I said trying to make conversation.

"Truthfully it's been shit." I looked at Calum and saw his expression sad as he looked at the road. "How have you been?"

"Alright I mean it's different." I told him still looking at him, Calum nodded.

After that we didn't talk for the rest of the journey, Calum stopped outside out my house I was ready to get out of the car until I felt Calum's hand on my arm. I turned back around to look at him.

"Emily I miss you..so much, I still do please Emily give me another I'll be anyone and anything you want me to be please. Please give me another chance?" Calum heard tears in his eyes.

"Calum I want to give you another chance but I'm scared what my dad will think about us if found out I really want to say yes but not yet, give me a couple days I tell you then." I told him I leaned in and kissed his cheek, I pulled away and Calum nodded sniffing and wiping his tears away. I got out of the car and closed the door behind me and walked to my house, I unlocked the door and walked in checking incase my dad was home. The house was silent, I closed the front door and went into the living room I sat down on the couch I felt tears come up and I started crying I was so confused I was in love with Calum but I was scared to give him my heart that he still has.
