30 The Sleepover II

Xian went upstairs to Kim's bedroom. He knocked on her door, and opened it. He saw Kim sitting on her bed playing with her fingers.

"Kim..."

"Ano?!" She asked angrily.

"Look, I just want to say I'm sorry. It is just that--"

"Ano ba talaga ang ginawa ko na ginaganyan mo ako?! Dahil ba I break up with you?! Dahil wala akong trust sayo? Ano?!"

Xian shook his head and walked closer to her, "Hindi! It is because you have been avoiding me! I just wanted you to be happy! I want to see you smile again!" He held her hand.

Kim let go from his touch and didn't say anything.

"Kim, mahal na mahal parin kita!"

"E ano yung sinabi mo sa barkada na hanggang friends lang tayo? Ano yun?!"

"Sinabi ko na yan sayo diba? Nakita mo naman yung questions na tinatanong!"

Kim sighed and just looked away from him, "Ayoko na Xi--"

Xian could not take it anymore. He kissed her and Kim was shock, but she kissed him back.

They both pulled away and looked at each other in the eyes. Kim ran out of her room and went downstairs where the barakada was waiting for them.

"Let's watch!" She said and sat in the corner of the couch.

Xian was walking down the stairs and sat in the corner of the couch too.

"Alright." Matt pressed play and the movie started again.

Xian came down the stairs and sat on the other side of the couch.

The next morning, the sun was shining down at Kim's face. She flipped her body around and fell off the couch.

"Ow!" She said and everyone woke up.

"What happened?" Matt asked.

"Nothing! I fell off the couch!" She said and sat back down at the couch.

"Are you okay?" Xian asked.

"Yes. I'm going to get ready now." Kim stood up and went upstairs to take a shower and get change.

Everyone else, who was left, turned to Xian waiting for him to say anything. Xian had no choice. He could not keep it anymore, and he needs advice.

"I kissed her last night." He blurted out.

"Really?!!" Everyone said.

"Then, what happened?" Maja asked.

He shrugged, "Nothing. She left the room and went out here."

"Oh." Everyone made a disappointment face.

"Wait!" Maja's eyes brightened, "I got an idea!"

Later that day, Xian and Kim went to work because everyone decided to make a plan for them. Xian knew the whole surprised, but Kim doesn't know that there's something coming on her way that day.

"Ma'am." Xian said coming by Kim at the counter, "Can I take off today a little bit earlier?"

Kim nodded, "Sure." She didn't look at him at all. After what happened between them last night, she felt awkward when she is with him.

Barkada.

In a beautiful sand that was next to the blue ocean. The barkada are setting up the date of Xian and Kim. The sun was going down, and Xian got there before Maja and Erich left to get Kim from the shop.

"How was Kim?" Maja asked.

"She won't look at me at all. She gave me the cold shoulder." Xian said.

"Well, everything is set up. We are going to get her and the rest of you stay here, and make sure everything is good."

Maja and Erich left to get Kim from the shop.

"Hey Kimmy!" Maja smiled.

"Hey!" Kim smiled, "what's up?"

"Wala. Gusto ko mag hang tayo!" Maja said giving Erich a look.

"O sige! Saan?"

"We were thinking the beach?" Maja wiggled her eyebrows.

"O sige! Let me just finish up!" Kim finished some of her work and went with Maja and Erich.

    That night, they all arrived at the beach. Kim stepped out of the car and saw the set up they have made. Candles were everywhere, rose petals were spread out and a small table was set up.

"What's all this?" Kim asked turning around to Maja and Erich, but they were gone. She found herself alone. By the time she turned back around, she saw Xian holding a bouquet of flowers, and he was walking towards her.
