"My heart belongs to someone else." Xian said.
"Who's the girl?" Kim asked.
Xian finally looked up and looked into Kim's eyes, "You..."
Kim was looking into Xian's eyes and snapped out of it and looked away, "Um.." Kim cleared her throat.
"Hey! Are you guys okay here?" Matt asked and everyone else came by them.
"Yeah." Xian smiled slightly.
"Uhmm. Let's go inside!" Kim said and got up beside Xian and walked in the dance.
"What happened?" Erich asked while everyone shrugged.
"Enchong? Can I talk to you alone?" Xian asked. Everyone went back inside except for Xian and Enchong.
"What happened?" Enchong asked.
"Nothing... Well, I don't even know.." Xian sighed, "I told her."
Enchong looked at Xian with wide eyes, "You did? What she said?"
"Nothing. You guys came out here before she can say anything but I don't think she feels the same way."
"Xian, you guys have been best friends for a long time. You guys tease each other, joke around.. I know there is something inside her for you." Enchong explained,
"Give her some time. Maybe she needs to think about it.."
"Okay. Thanks dude!" Xian smiled.
"Let's go! Everyone is waiting." They were both about to go inside when they saw Kim and Enrique walking out the front doors.
"Oh? Where are you guys going?" Enchong asked.
"Uhm. Kim said she's not feeling well and she's tired so I'm just gonna take her home." Enrique said.
Xian looked at Kim and he knows Kim was trying to avoid his look, "Okay. Well, feel better Kim! Take care!" Enchong said and dragged Xian before he can say
something to them.

The next day in school.
Kim was at her locker when Xian came two lockers away from her and they both looked at each other. Kim closed her locker and walked away but Xian followed her,
"Kim! Kim! Sandali lang!" Xian called.
Kim stopped and turned to him without saying a word, "I'm sorry. Sorry kagabi. Sorry nga na bigla kita. I just can't hide my feelings anymore! Since we were freshman
ikaw na talaga ang mahal ko. All those girlfriends I had before doesn't mean anything, it's always been you."
Kim looked at him and sighed, "I'm sorry. Iba yung gusto ko.." She lied and walked away going into the girls bathroom and started crying, "Kim! Ba't ka ba nag
sisinungaling sa sarili mo?!" She asked to herself in the mirror.
"Kim?" Erich said behind her, "Okay ka lang?"
Kim wiped her tears and nodded, "Yeah. I'm okay."
"Tell me what happened.."
"Well, remember last night when I went out of the dance to follow Xian? We had a little talk and he admitted his feelings for me..."
Erich smiled, "Alam na yan natin lahat kung ano talaga ang nararamdaman niya para sayo. Noon pa!"
"Oo nga! Pero--"
"Pero ano?"
"Eh. A while ago he told me that he loved me since before pero sabi ko na hindi siya ang aking gusto and its a lie." Kim's tears shed more and Erich hugged her.
"It's okay.."
Later that day.
During lunch Kim didn't hang out with her best friends to their usual table instead she was at the school garden. Xian who was heartbroken was walking around trying to
think through what happened.
"Nasaan sina Kim at Xian?" Enchong asked.
"Baka nag date!" Matt said jokingly.
"Hindi no!" Erich cut all of them off and everyone looked at her, "I mean they are probably doing something. Maybe homework or extra credit..."
"Erich, may alam ka ba dito?" Enrique asked.
"Uhmm..."
"Oh ano?" Maja looked at her waiting for the answer.
"Wala! How am I supposed to know what they are doing?"
School Garden.
Kim sighed to herself and any minute she saw Xian walking down. Xian stopped a feet a away from Kim and they both looked at each other. Xian sighed deeply and
walked away from Kim.
"Ano ba ang nangyayari?" Kim asked to herself. She decided to go to her friends and try to forget about what happened,
"Oh! Ayan na pala siya!" Maja said.
"Hey guys, sorry I was at the library. So what's going on?" Kim said.
"Kim, umiyak ka ba?" Maja asked.
"Huh? Bakit?"
"Your eyes.." Matt said pointing at her eyes.
"Uhm. Wala! It was itchy a while ago.. Anyway what's up?"
"Where's Xian?" Enrique asked.
Kim shrugged, "Ewan ko! Bakit? Kailangan ko ba malaman kung nasaan siya?"
"Kim, LQ?" Matt asked.
Kim glared at Matt, "No! I just don't know where he is.."
With Xian.
Xian was sitting at one of the benches and thought to himself, "Siguro mabuti kung kalimutan ko na lang siya.."
