Middle school came and Aomine, Momoi and you all went to Teiko together, joining the same club and were in the same class. Seeing Aomine enjoy the sport he loved while making strong bonds with his teammates made you happy, but lately you had this feeling that something bad would happen that you started to space out in random times.
"Oi (First Name), stop spacing out or I'll eat all of your food," Aomine said as he got some of your lunch from the untouched bento on your lap.
"Dai-chan, stop stealing (First Name)-chan's food!" Momoi scolded which resulted to her and the male to argue like the usual, with the rest of the first-string basketball regulars watching.
"Momoi-san is right Aomine-kun," Kuroko spoke up, suddenly sitting next to Aomine which made the tan male and Momoi to shout in surprise.
"Seriously Tetsu! Your lack of presence will give me a heart attack someday!" Aomine groaned ruffling his dark blue hair.
You giggled at that, finally moving and having the appetite to eat even a little of your lunch. Kuroko glanced at you with his usual blank face but his lips were slightly curved down, "Are you okay (Last Name)-san? You've been spacing out lately," he asked
"Eh? Really?"
"It is true (Last Name)" Akashi decided to also speak up, "Even in practice you have began to get distracted while assisting Momoi."
"It's nothing really, Haha. Just having this feeling that something bad is going to happen," you avoided the captain's red eyes nervously.
"(Zodiac Sign) was ranked last today, nanodayo." Midorima commented "Maybe that's why,"
"I don't see the connection ssu~" Kise sweat dropped at the megane shooter while Murasakibara decided not to comment and just continue eating.
"I don't expect you to understand Kise, nodayo."
You sweat dropped and just continued to eat, not knowing your bad feeling will soon come true.

When Aomine really started to 'bloom' as a player, you were the first one to notice the small changes in him. Then it got to the point where he openly started to get bored in playing basketball, being lazy and uninterested most of the time and had stopped smiling as he played. You only could watch besides Momoi sadly at that and how slowly the team you cherished so dearly changed one by one.
"Dai-chan! Come on, we need to go to practice!" Momoi was again trying to get Aomine to go back to practice today. You were also there with them at the rooftop as Aomine was laying down and staring up at the sky.
"Shut up Satsuki. There's no need for me to go. The only one who can beat me is me," he scoffed and turned on his side so his back was facing you and Momoi.
Oh how you started to despise that sentence
"Daiki," he stiffened as you finally spoke up. "Can't you just even practice for yourself? Your body is still developing. Yes you have the skill but if your body can't keep up with that skill, you will soon regret it."
Aomine pondered for awhile, when you speak up there's always a logical and valid reason. And you didn't annoy him like Momoi does. So with a grunt he got up and headed to the gym.
Momoi was grateful at that, stating he usually only listens to you. You could only sigh and shake your head, chest hurting by how he was changing.

It was the final championship for the Kiseki no Sedai as middle school students. Unfortunately, Kuroko was injured so he was at the infirmary with Momoi. As the final game commenced, you felt it again. -- the feeling that something bad would happen. And when the game had reached its final seconds you could only feel bile rise up as they purposely shoot their own basket to make the score '111-11'.
"They made it so the score is all 1," you mumbled in disgust, unable to believe they could manipulate the game so cruelly like that. Your hands clutched the clipboard that they were holding, anger and sadness overwhelmed you at the broken and horrified expression of the opposite team as they too realized what the Kiseki no Sedai just did to them.
A mop of light-blue hair caught your attention. Kuroko was crying as he looked at one of the players of the opposite team, and when he clutched his chest you found yourself doing the same.
Is this victory?
--
"Daiki! How could you do something like that?!" There was no sign of the timid (Last Name), (First Name) as you confronted the Ace of the Kiseki no Sedai.
"Ha? What are you talking about (First Name)?" annoyed dark-blue eyes met your (Eye Color) ones.
"Manipulating the score like that Daiki! How can you play with someone like that?!"
"We needed some motivation to continue the game (First Name)." Aomine yawns, adjusting the strap of his bag as he looked away from you.
"So manipulating people is considered motivation now?" you asked in disbelief. This was not the Aomine you knew.
Aomine's expression darkened in irritation, "Will you shut up! Geez, you're being more annoying than Satsuki right now!"
You stopped walking in shock since it was the first time he had raised his voice at you. Wanting to retort, you were about to say something but he cut you off rather harshly,
"Don't even start lecturing me (First Name). You won't understand me or the others! How could you understand the boredom we feel while playing with people who doesn't stand a chance against us? You're so weak that you don't even play any kind of sport (First Name), so don't even think of lecturing me about how you wouldn't like this or that since you don't even play in the first place!"
Your chest squeezed painfully as you felt your heart shatter at his words. It was a sensitive topic that only he and Momoi knew; you have a weak heart so extreme sports like basketball was a big no-no to you. You never asked for it, if you can wish for anything it was a stronger heart to play any sports you wanted to try. Your hands gripped the strap of your bag as you bit your lip, tears starting to pool in your eyes.
"Shit," his words finally processed in his brain, knowing that he crossed a line that he promised never to cross. "(F-First Name), I-Im --"
"Save it Aomine" your voice dropped, no longer holding any emotion. Wiping your tears you glared at him before turning around, "I'm done with your attitude Aomine. Fine I'll leave you alone,"
He can only watch as you walk away, not able to find his voice to stop you. Aomine sighed and ran a hand through his hair 'She's pissed. She needs space, she'll cool off soon' he thought as he continued to walk home but his chest was heavy for some reason. He shook his head, willing himself to believe that you just needed space for now.
Not knowing you were really sick of his attitude until it was too late.
Not until he saw your club resignation on Momoi's hands as she showed it to Akashi.
And not until you completely stopped talking to him or the others from the basketball club, even Momoi.

Yea.. I'm not sure, it was longer than planned. Haha. Do you think they're OOC? I would appreciate your thoughts or comments so I can make the next one better.
