"You have to do me a favor." He said to her. "No. I want to go home. Where are we?" She asked looking around the apartment. "This is my new apartment. But I need your help." He said. "No. I won't help you. I want you to take us home as soon as Jason wakes up." She said holding her head tightly. "I don't want to be fighting you anymore Laura. Just let me make it up to you." He said. "You can't and you won't. I have made my decision." She said. "I think we should talk." He said sitting across from her.
"Talk about what?" She asked her head spinning. "There are things you have a right to know about and there are things you don't want to know about." He said. She was too busy focusing on her migraine to even listen to what he was saying. She looked up and noticed him right in front of her making her jump back a bit. "Are you okay?" He asked her concerned. "I'm fine." She said rubbing her head. "Are you sure? It doesn't seem that way." He said. "Well I am. Look at that. It's time to go." She said.
"Laura." He said. She groaned. "What?" She asked. "Your not moving. Are you okay?" He asked. He poked her. She didn't respond. She herself didn't even feel it. All she could feel was the pounding in her head. The heat slowly draining from her body. Ross knew exactly what he had to do. He could see she was suffering from emotional distress. He knew it was because of him. He had to make sure she was okay before Jason wakes up and questions him on why his mom is nearly dead on her back with no supply of oxygen.
He picked her up and brought her onto the couch. "Relax. Relax." He instructed. She was going in and out. She'd look at him but she couldn't say anything and so she'd close her eyes fading. "Why are you still?" He asked poking at her trying to get her to get feeling back into her body. She was tired and just wanted to rest at the moment. It's been like this during their late teens. And she still hasn't gone to the doctor about it. She didn't have time to. He pinched her nose and blew air into her lungs.
