Chapter 10 Craig's Night

Craig's POV:

It's now Monday and I have to say I'm really fucking nervous. I looked at the jacket they had provided me. It's just plain and simple sweater that says Vanoss' nighttime security. Whoever made these are fucking ridiculous.

"I can't believe you accepted the job," Tyler said making me role my eyes.

"Come on Tyler you've been supporting me my whole life. It's time for me to support myself," I said as he sighed.

"I just don't want you hurt," he said making no me laugh.

What could happen to me at this restaurant. It's highly unlikely that something bad that could happen to me. I mean it's a fucking children's restaurant for crying out loud. The most hurt I could get is my foot falling asleep as I sit in a chair. (Haha foreshadowing)

I look at the time and I see its 11. I'd probably wouldn't even want to get up once I get home. I'll have a really weird sleeping schedule. Then again I had a strange one when I had lived back in England. It really does suck to have friends in different part of the countries.

Tyler drives me to the restaurant and tries one last time to talk me out of it. Nothing in the world will ever make me quit this job. And plus the Boss said once I accept it I can't quit until I make it pass the five nights. It makes me wonder why they have this rule in the first place.

We reached the restaurant and I kissed Tyler on the cheek. I blushed at what I just did so I quickly said goodbye and got out of his truck and straight into the restaurant. I look over at the stage and I see they had added a new animatronic. He had a Mohawk which was pretty cool I may add.

"Ahh welcome a lot has changed since you have been here," the Boss said which scared the living day lights out of me.

"Holy hell don't sneak up on a guy," I said making him laugh.

"Ah yes to introduce a new animatronic you have to watch. This is Moo Snuckel and H2O Delirious," he said pointing to each one.

"Ahh yes babysitting the robots is my job okay," I said making him shake his head.

"Let's show you to your office," he said and I followed the man towards the back.

He showed me the mechanics of working the office including how to close the doors. Which was pretty weird on my account. He said I have limited batteries on the door and my flash light but the cameras have there own power which could last for years.

"Oh and this is a book about the animatronics please read them before you start. I wrote it myself so feel free to read it," Boss said as he gave me a blue book.

"Uhh thanks I guess," I said and opened to the first page.

It talked about how Vanoss would move. He would check the supplies to see if they were in check. He then would try to keep me off guard by making random noise before coming into my office. I closed the book after that first entry feeling pretty weirded out that he would give me a book like this.

I was about to ask him all about it when he wasn't there anymore. I looked back at the clock and I see it strike 12. Well I guess my job officially starts. I checked the camera 1 to see all of them on the stage. I stared at Vanoss and felt a shiver up my spine thinking back at the book.

I look back at the book feeling freaked out that they actually move. I look back at the camera and screamed. Holy fuck he's looking right at me. I thought he gets turned off at night. How the fuck is he moving right now. I felt myself shake as we stared at each other. He gives me a smirk making me switch cameras.

I breathe heavily as I turned away from my tablet. Holy fuck. I regret ever getting this job now. I took a deep breathe and turned back to my tablet. I checked back on the stage and screamed. He's not there anymore. Holy fuck holy fuck holy fuck.... I should have just left it there. Maybe he wouldn't have left.

I check the other cameras and I spot him near the bathrooms. I can see he's looking around that area. Holy shot the book was telling the truth but what happens if he enters my office. I quickly grab the book and I open to where it was talking about Vanoss.

Vanoss:

A Troll

He likes to check out his restaurant before heading for your office. It's best to keep your camera on him as he is active all throughout the first night. He is the only one active night 1. He then moves around the fifth night where he becomes determine to get in your office.

Many people like to forget that he's no threat. But he sometimes moves around nights 2 - 4 to give you a scare. He makes noises to distract you from him so he can make a break for your room.

Threat Level: 7

Okay he has a high threat level but that's okay. As long as I keep the cameras on him it's all right. I look back to the camera to see that he has moved. I looked to find him anywhere but I didn't. I quickly closed both of my doors before I heard a laugh. I heard footsteps walking away and I see him reappear near the back storage.

I open my doors, even though I want them closed, because they might ran out of power. I see him walking around the area before he moves onto the stage. He goes to Delirious and puts his hand under his chin and makes it look at him. I feel very uncomfortable watching this as Vanoss is caressing the other animatronic.

Vanoss just stands in his position as the clock had hit six. I took a deep breathe and I let out a son as I didn't sign up for this. I quickly got out of my office and was about to leave before my Boss stops me.

"Come back later to discuss what has happened and don't tell anyone or there will be consequences," he whispered to my ear before he lets me go.

I just run out the door and I see that Tyler was waiting for me. I quickly get in his truck and put on my seatbelt.

"So how was he first day of work," he questioned as I looked out the window.

"It was fine," I said with the thought of what he said to me.

I didn't want to talk anymore as I put on the radio. He drove me home, where I said goodbye to him as he left for work. I quickly go to my room and lay on my bed. Crying myself to sleep as I'm afraid what might happen the next night.

Congrats to Craig for making it past the first night. Woop woop. Hurray for him. Haha did you expect me to kill him Night 1 like Delirious? Nah I have plans that needs to be put to work. Muahahaha
