Hermione's po.
I was blushing all the way towards the grounds.I can't believe that Draco Malfoy wanted to be my friend!!I had never agreed but he was really smart and handsome and stuff!!But the only problem was his mood swings.And his family who was waiting to pounce on any....mud blood who makes their son...impure.And i was going to ask Andy about what Draco told.If that was true and why he did that.

As i was walking in the grounds near the forest,someone called me."Hermione!!"I turned to see Alice."Hello Alice!!"i said and hugged her.It was a long time since i saw her.I tried to hide the bag in which i was carring stuff for my... forest friends."We are going to have a special...hogsmead weekend now."she said.That was our code word for our DA meetings."Oh..um..well..i have work.Snape told me to catch a few students he had seen sneaking into the forbidden forest.And he is watching me too.Malfoy is busy and so i am alone and have to do it fast!!"i said.

She gave me one confused look and made her way towards the castle.I huffed.I wouldn't risk telling even my best friend about Cedric and Andy.I went,as usual,deep into the forest and as i had come many times,i never feared.I saw the silhouette of two people in the distance."Hi!"i said.Both of them smiled and as usual Cedric's was stunning.We went into the house and started fooling around.I loved this place because i could be myself.

I had to be disciplined,studious,know it all and quite girl at the castle but that was really not really the real me.Here,i could be the joking,foolish,blabbering lunatic.I felt that while Andy was going along,Cedric was nervous.He was glancing at me with a weird look from time to time and seemed like he was to himself.I couldn't resist but ask Andy about the matter.

"Andy..i wanted to ask you about....um...that day you came here.Away from the castle.Draco..um told me about it...."i started.He stiffened.All the humour was gone.The air was filled with tension."He must have told you about how i behaved rudely and how i asked that fourth year to kiss me and the fight between us.That idiotic Malfoy."he cursed.I felt his body hotten and grow big.I paniced.He was changing."Um..no no.I knew it was not...true.I mean,why would a good person like you do it?"i asked.He calmed a bit and managed a weak smile."No Hermione.What he said was true.But he never knew why i was like that."he said.

"Why?"i asked timidly,fearing he would get angry.His eyes had a far away look."There is a phase.A few days before you change.That is the worse.You get angry for no reason,your body gets heated up quickly and you fall sick often.And you want to do crazy and bad things even if you don't want to.Like someone else is controlling you.It was like that for me for two to three weeks before i changed.That was why i behaved rashly that day.And i knew why i was like that when i looked into a book in the library.And Madam Pompfrey also confirmed it though she told no one but Dumbledore.And i knew it was time that my instincts were taking over and i would change and attack Malfoy if i stayed there.So i escaped."he ended.

I didn't know how to react."Oh..well..that is really sad..then....what's up with you vamp?You look so sad?"i.asked.Andy immediately cheered up.Cedric looked at me with his sparkling eyes.I loked back at him."I wanted to say something..."he said."And who said you could say only after we give you the permission to?Just say buddy!!"i said and patted him on his shoulder.He flinched.

I knew.something was seriously wrong.I turned serious."What happened?"i asked.He walked out of the house.So did me and Andy."What?"I asked.

"I love you,Hermione Granger."

"Oh my god!!!!"came a scream which wasn't the three of ours.

Cedric says he likes Hermione??
And who was the person who screamed?
