I've got so much in my mind that I forgot Liam and I were building a CONDO, not a cafe.

I drove to the construction site, and everything seemed to be in order.

Half of the building was built and ready to be interior decorated. Bla bla bla.

"So far, so good," Liam said as he saw me.

"Great. The building should be complete by three months."

"Yeah! And interior decorations will help us finish the building in at least 6 months!"

"We can get started on the interior now."

Audrey called me.

"Hey, Adrianna." That's her full name, but she prefers "Audrey".

"Hey Jen. I just wanna make sure you buy all the Christmas decorations at Home Depot today."

"But it's August."

"I know, but I wanna at least figure out how our house is gonna look in 4 months."

"Why?"

"Well, I wanna string up lights on the gates, set up balloons and lights, you know all that. And I already ordered that giant Santa and Gingerbread balloon you've always wanted."

"Thanks, but I don't know what kind of Christmas decorations you'd wanna buy in August--"

"ALL OF THEM."

"Okay, just text me a list of the stuff you want."

"Alright, I'll txt you. Bye."

She hung up quickly to text me that list.

I was so ready to finish this building. I mean, I know I get a lot of free time, but at least I can spend more time with Liam without having to work on a building. Or at least the burden of thinking about it.

I've been listening to "Focus" by Ariana Grande lately. I don't know why, but it's so catchy to me.

•thanksgiving eve•

It's the day before thanksgiving, so we're having all these preparations.

The only reason we're  having these preparations is because I don't like how people, right after Halloween, are stuck up on Christmas when there's Thanksgiving.

Like, hello? There's still thanksgiving.

The thing is, we don't like turkeys.

We all personally think that turkeys taste like, nothing.

Even before the guys in our lives died, eating turkey was never our thing.

Instead, we had macaroni and cheese.

I mean, cmon!

Bea Bianca cooks killer Mac and cheese. Like, thank you God for the greatest friends in the world.

Usually, at the dinner table for thanksgiving, we just say thanks for the stuff we love and have.

This thanksgiving will be the third year I spend thanksgiving with Cherry, Bea Bianca, Marissa, Dezrei, Audrey and Morgan. Just us girls.
