Chapter 19: Dezrei has a boyfriend?

So, Dezrei is 9. She has a state of mind now.

Btw we finally finished that condo :)

Dezrei is aware of the life we live and the hardships of it.

She's also "fallen in love."

Well, we're not completely sure of it.

She's been acting suspiciously weird the past few days. She's always asking to go to the river in echo park. And, whenever I'm not looking, she comes back running super happy.

I ask her where she's gone to, and she always replies with,"Somewhere ;)"

I'm the adoptive mother of this crazy child.

I need to know what she's doing. So, the others and I are gonna accompany her on every single move she makes. She has a phone, so we gotta at least tilt to her head when we gotta check her messages.

Do you know how hard it is to spy on a nine year old's every clumsy like move?

Okay, we had teams to see if she'd crack. You know, spill the beans.
Teams:

Me and Liam - Yougurtland

Cherry and Bea Bianca - Walmart

Marissa and Tyler - The Sweet Factory

Audrey and Morgan - The swimming pool in the backyard

Then, Liam takes her to a special dinner (since he's the "father").

We should be able to see who he is by then.

We talked before we separated.

"Are you sure about this? I mean, I don't think a nine year old already has a boyfriend..." Cherry said.

"Oh yeah, a nine year old doesn't have a boyfriend but a five year old has an iPhone 6S Plus! Think!"

"You're right."

"Maybe Dezrei just has a new best friend." Audrey suggested.

"Mm, I don't think so."

So Liam and I took Dezrei to Yogurtland.

"Love your yogurt?" I asked like those basic mothers who ask their kids if they liked their food.

She nodded. I mean, I completely understand why that cute little face has a boyfriend.

Well, We aren't completely sure yet.

"So, Dezrei, is there anything you wanna tell us?" I cut to the point.

"What?" She seemed confused.

"Is there anything new in your life? Like a special someone?"...
