-Niall's POV-
"Why?" I asked. I was talking to my old friend, Jane. She was asking if the news about me being in L.A. was true, and where I was staying.
"Just asking, so where?" She answered. Instead of asking again, I just answered. I can't fight with Jane anyway. She always wins.
"K, thanks Niall." She said
"Wai-" I was cut off by her hanging up. What was she up to?
I groaned and crashed down on my bed. I sat up and smiledat our old memories. I'm not gonna lie though, I had a secret crush on Jane a while back, but it quickly faded away. I never told anyone, of course. It was just aliitle crush, why tell anybody?
I sighed deeply and went downstairs. I just watched some TV show there. It's only 8:30, but Louis and Liam went shopping, Harry went jogging, and Zayn and Rachel are still sleeping. What a boring day.
-Rachel's POV-
I woke up at around 8:45 and got a call from my old friend Jake.
"Hello?" I say as I picked up.
"Hi Rachel, it's me Jake." he answered.
"Oh, hey Jake." I said then paused for a quick yawn. "What's up?" I asked as I got up and went to my walk-in closet.
"Not much. Just wanted to ask if the news about you being in L.A. was true. So, are you in L.A?" he asked. Hmm, weird, who told him? Oh, well. Maybe it was Jade or Emily, don't know.
"Yeah, I am. With One Direction." I replied awkwardly and got a few clothes. A white shirt with a british flag on it, red skinny jeans, and my blue converse.
He chuckled a bit, then replied with "Yeah, I heard. So where are you staying?" he asked. Huh, why is this guy asking where I was staying all of a sudden?
"Umm, why?" I asked unsure and went to my dresser, grabbed a comb then started combing my hair.
"Not much, just anxious." he replied. Oh, well. Might as well tell him. I always lose when we fight anyway.
"Kay, thanks Rach." he replied after I answered.
"Bu-" I was cut off by him hanging up.
I groaned and sat down on my bed. I smiled at some of our old memories. I have to admit, me and Jake were actually close then. And I even had a tiny crush on him. But, it quickly faded away. I never told anyone, not even Emily. Why sread the news when it isn't important anyway? I guess I just saw him as best friend, an older brother, perhaps.
"Uggh.." I groan again. I looked at my wall clock. 9:00. Wonder what I'm gonna do today?

Hello!!!! I know I haven't updated lately, it's just because school started again, and I just got real busy. And of course, my parents only let me use the internet on weekends or when I've finished studying so yeah. I'm really sorry for that. And I hope you like the story so far! So yeah, dedicating this t @ella_directioner again, cause well, she's still reading this even though she hasn't been going on the internet lately too. Yeah, did I mention we're classymates???? Well, yeah we are. And she's like behind me. I really like our seating arrangements this year, and this is the 1st time we're classmates. Yeah, we just became best friends for the past years because we ride in the same school service. So yeah. I know this is short sorry, I'm in a rush. My mom's addicted to Candy Crush and she's rushing me to finish so she can play -_- So yeah, that's it for now. See ya next time!
