Appearance: Due to Living in District 4 Caspian's appearance easily adapted to it's surroundings namely having a toned body, and a Slightly tanned skin. His hair ranges from dirty Blond to Ice Blonde Depending on the depth of the sun rays or sun light hitting or reflecting on his hair. His eyes are a little squinted and his face has a Tiger-esque Feature having a jaw line and cheek bone that makes a feel of a feline predator who is ready for any challenge given to him. one of his best assets in his looks is his Deep blue Sapphire Eyes which when you look at it closely it's like you can see the ocean and feel it's breeze which is kinda hypnotizing and enchanting in some way. He is also often mistake as a "Sex symbol Created by the Capitol" which he Contradicts Immediately saying that his body is not for sale or owned by the capitol

Background/Description: Being in District 4 Caspian has been brought up by his parents in a nice and orderly fashioned way. he went to school played with fiends help in weaving nets and Catching fish. His father worked as a Fisher man and his mouther was a House wife.

At school he was considered one of the hottest and well-known guys on campus due to his undeniably captivating looks, Along side with his Best-friends Dylan and Eric Thus obtaining their group the Sea Gods. Which they don't bother on putting much attention. Knowing that this Events helped them boost popularity they always seem Mutual to the Popularity they gain and instead focus more on studying which resulted to being top of the class

Caspian gave his parents a reason to be proud of him. he was not gullible and boastful but instead caring and down-to-earth. when it came time he  reached the age of 12 his name was then added to the people who we're eligible to join the Hunger games which resulted into him being being reaped luckily his cousin Gannet Hali *Age 16* Volunteered to take his slot. which made him guilty because his cousin was killed brutally once he reached the final 2 by a fellow career from district 2.

due to this incident he made a promise to himself that he would do anything to avenge his Cousin and win the Games for him. he trained well and studied hard. he had to put a lot of effort and time in his training to get fit and ready to join the games Aside from training he also had to take care of his brother Cal whom he loved so dearly and was ready to take his place when ever their father would hit her.

after 5 years both Caspian and Cal's names we're entered in the list of hopefuls who wish that the odds are in their favor to not get picked. Unfortunately Cal was reaped instead of Caspian. Which made him devastated. After being introduced to everyone, the MC then Asked the District men if there would be any Volunteers, A moment of silence but then a voice spoke shakily but Determined
