Background/Description: Chace was born into a very rich family in district 8, yet after becoming deaf in his right ear, his parents abandoned him. His family was very large so Chace was always unnoticed. After being pushed out of his home, he has been forced to live in a hostile shack alone. He then realizes that the only way he could regain his hearing is if he goes to the games. At the price of his live, he will do anything to have his family back.
