Warriors: Secrets Beyond the Stars: The Prophecy

~Prologue~

Night lay upon the forest. The moon was shining with the help of the stars in Silverpelt. At the bottom of the trees lay a white she-cat sitting on top of a rock. The she stared at the pool at the bottom of her paws, it sparkled like the stars in Silverpelt. The she's eyes moved from each star, tracing a ring around the pool. She let out a sigh, knowing what she had to do. "Are you ready?" said a voice, the she whipped around to see a grey she with white patches, a ginger she, and a golden tom, standing a few pawsteps behind her. "Why is StarClan making us do this?" the white she asked. The golden toms' tail flicked from side to side as he padded forward, "It's for the sake of the Clans, Echolight, StarClan is making us do it because we are the medicine cats of the clans."

"That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard!" Echolight meowed, a growl in her voice. The grey she padded over to the two cats, "It is not our choice if we want to go or not, it is StarClan's" the she said, she padded to the edge of the rock. "Well look who's talking! It's been a long time since you actually agreed with StarClan Mintcloud!" Echolight said with a snort. Mintcloud stopped when she reached the end of the rock, "Enough Echolight, it's time." she said. With that she took a pawstep back, then raced towards edge of the rock. She leaped into the air and dove straight into the pool, her grey fur disappeared as the pool filled with ripples from the splash. The pool then became smooth again, this time a cat reflected onto of the water. A brown she with black spots was shown, curled up in her nest with herbs surrounding her.

"Shimmerleaf, I think this is your apprentice" the golden tom said. Shimmerleaf took a few pawsteps forward to join the two cats, she turned to Echolight, "I wish you luck, Echolight." she meowed. The white she rolled her eyes, Shimmerleaf turned to the golden tom. "I wish you luck, Berryface" she said, and with those words she dashed towards the rock's edge and jumped, disappearing below the rock. The two cats padded to the edge of the rock, the pool showed a different cat this time, a small, light brown tom with white spots appeared. He too was sleeping in his nest, herbs in a pile beside him. "This is my apprentice," Berryface said, as he slowly backed up, "Leopardpool has grow so much sense I last saw him" then he raced towards the edge and leaped into the pool.

The pool shown a different cat this time, a white she with grey ears and paws was sleeping in her nest, laying beside her was a small cream colored she with white patches, her small flank rose and fell as she slept. "Seems like Shortleaf has found a apprentice already." Echolight said, then she took a few pawsteps back and dashed towards the rock edge. She leaped off and dove straight into the pool, a small wave of water come out then a few ripples. Then the pool was silent, letting the cats of StarClan know that their messengers were on their way.
