A meadow fill of purple pansies, they remind everyone of her. Mum and dad sit down on the picnic rug, mums stomach, round like a half moon in the sky, Lacey. The Beatles "Hey Jude" plays in the background. Dad places his hands on mums bump and smiles before pulling her up and placing his hands around her waist, her feet on his feet.  They waltz to "Hey Jude" their laughter echoing around the valley. I watch and make a crown out of purple pansies.
"Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart-"
They sing their broken voices cracking, still in grief over her.
