Part 17

(Ashton's Pov)

I chalked back a sob and followed the stretcher carrying Luke into the ambulance.

"Oh Luke!" I cried clutching his hand.

"Sir, we promise to do everything we can to help him." The paramedic said.

"Thank you." I cried.

"No problem hon. I'm April." She said holding her hand out.

I shook her hand before she put on some rubber gloves and began applying pressure to Luke's stab wound.

He is going to make it. He can't die. Right?!

(Michael's Pov)

"Michael, Luke is going to be ok right?" Calum asked shakily.

"Of course. He a strong guy." I said squeezing Calum's hand for reassurance.

Calum gave me a weak smile then the rest of the ride was silent.

It took us 10 silent minutes until we ended up at the hospital.

Me and Calum quickly parked and ran into the hospital where we found Ashton crying in the waiting room chairs.

"How is he?" I asked weakly.

Ashton's head snapped up and stared me in the eyes before he let out a shaky breath.

"I don't know. They rushed him straight into surgery." Ashton said sadly.

I sat on Ashton's right as Calum went to his left.

I placed my hand on his shoulder and Calum's on his knee.

"It's alright. Luke will make it. You just wait and see." I smiled at Ashton.

"Alright. I'm going to lay down.." Ashton said trying to get comfortable before falling asleep.

"Poor guy." Calum said quietly.

"Yeah. I can't imagine what he's going through.." I replied sadly.

"Well, I'm laying down to." Calum said starting to get comfortable.

"Hey." I pouted. "Come here. I want to cuddle."

Calum chuckled but got up and walked to the chair next to me.

Me and Calum snuggled up and Calum buried his face in the crook of my neck.

"I love you CalPal." I said.

"I love you to, Microwave." Calum joked.

And with that we both fell asleep.

(Luke's Pov)

I groaned as I opened my eyes to a blinding light.

"Uh.. What happened..." I said trying to sit up, but I was met with pain in my abdomen.

I hissed in pain as the door to the room was opened.

"I see your awake." I nurse said.

"What happened? Where am I?" I asked.

"Your in the hospital young man. You were stabbed." She said.

Oh yeah. Wait.. Where's Ashton?

"Where's Ashton?" I asked her curiously.

"Is he the one with the curly, golden hair?" She asked smiling.

I nodded.

"He's in the waiting with your other friends. Would you like me to go get them?" She asked me with a smile.

"Yes please." I said as she walked out of the room.

A few minutes later she walked back in, and Ashton, Michael, and Calum followed her in. They all looked like they had just woken up.

Once they saw me their eyes all lit up and Ashton had me in hug within seconds.

"Oh my god Luke! I was so worried about!" Ashton cried.

I wrapped my arms around Ashton as he cried into my shoulder.

"We are glad your ok mate." Calum said from the foot of the bed.

"Calum! Michael!" I said excitedly. "I haven't seen you guys in so long!"

"We're glad you still a happy person Luke!" Michael chuckled.

A doctor walked in causing us all to quiet down.

"Alright. Hello boys. Well Luke, I'm glad to tell you that you had a few minor injuries that won't need to bandaged up, and that the knife didn't hit any important organs. We will just keep you over night to make sure you are alright and you are free to go home tomorrow." The doctor smiled.

"Thank you so much sir!" I said smiling.

The doctor walked out leaving all of us to sit and talk about the past week.

"So, uh, Ash?" Calum asked.

"Yeah Cal?"

"What did you mean you weren't ok." Calum asked shakily.

Me and Ashton bothered tensed up. Shit..
