Dawson POV ~
2 weeks later ~
"First day back to shift." Casey said.

"Yeah and after shift Road Trip baby."

"Yep with Sylvie and Kelly." Dawson said

"How you feeling for real. We haven't talked about it since the hospital." Casey said.

"Casey I'm fine if it wasn't meant to be then it wasn't meant to be."

"Just checking on you."

"Who is driving with who me and you or me and Kelly or me and Sylvie?"

"I really don't care but I would love to be with you." We started kissing.

"Shoot were an half hour late for work."

At work ~
Sylvie POV ~
"Hey baby." I said sneaking up on Severide in his office while shutting his door.

"Hey, are you riding with me or?"

"Yeah I can ride with you."

I kissed Severide.

"Be careful today Kelly."

"Don't have to tell me twice because when I walk out of the fire I get to see your face and that's all that matters to me."

Dawson POV~

Truck 81 Ambulance 61 Squad 3 House Fire

I walked up to the ambo and got in the ambo and Sylvie was already in the ambo.

"Hey Sylv."

"Ok look Dawson we can reschedule the road trip to another day."

"I'm fine a road trip is what I need right now anyways."

Casey POV ~

We arrived to the fire and it was a bad one. There was already black smoke on the roof.

"Nobody goes in." Chief called over the radio.

"Got it." I said into my radio.

"Were going to fight the fire from the outside. We are not going into the fire until the fire is put out. Got it?"

They all agree with what I said.

"Mouch, and Herman on the ladder. Otis and I will fight the fire on the bottom half." I said into my radio.

10 minutes till shift was over ~
Me Dawson Brett and Severide are in my office.

"Ok so Brett who do you wanna ride with?"

"I can ride with Severide if you guys want?"

"That's fine we will all meet up at Big River State Park."

"Ok and you have up their right?"

"Yeah and its not far from the entrance of the park."

After shift ~
Me and Dawson get into my truck and I pull out of the fire house drive way with Brett and Severide behind me.

"I love you, you know that right?"

"I love you too."
